About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and truly understand that every pup is different. I trained my own stubborn Yorkie with patience and consistency, and I currently care for my senior Golden Retriever who has hip issues so I’m experienced with both energetic young dogs and gentle, slower-paced seniors. Whether your dog needs structured walks, positive reinforcement, or a calm and patient pace, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, understood, and happy every step of the way. I treat every dog like my own and always prioritize safety, communication, and making sure you feel completely comfortable while your pup is in my care. I’d love to meet your best friend! 🐶💛 Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I have a very open and flexible schedule. I prioritize staying active and structured in my days — I regularly go to the gym and attend Bible study — which allows me to consistently plan walks and drop-ins throughout the day. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening walks, including weekends, and I’m happy to accommodate last-minute or same-day requests when possible. As a lifelong dog owner, I understand how important trust is, and I treat every dog with the same patience and care I give my own.

I have experience giving medications, monitoring pets closely, recognizing changes in behavior or health, and handling nervous or high-energy animals. I’m also big on keeping pets comfortable, sticking to their normal routines, and giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and love. Your pet will get the same level of care and attention I’d want for my own. Pet care is a big part of my everyday routine. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day rather than just stopping by for a quick visit. I’m used to building my day around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medications, and plenty of cuddles. I’m also comfortable following each pet’s individual routine and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their family is away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always follow their normal routine as closely as possible. In a client’s home, I keep their space clean, follow feeding and medication instructions, provide walks, potty breaks, playtime and plenty of attention, and send regular updates so you know how they’re doing. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and taking care of them is second nature. I see Rover as a way to interact & keep them in my life while not having one of my own at home. I already routinely take 1 to 2 walks during my day, so the addition dog walking or sitting fits rights into my daily schedule now. In your home, I am clean, orderly, and can clearly follow all instructions given. You will find your fur baby and your home better off than you left them before

About: Please take into consideration the quality of your pet sitter over a low rate inexperienced "pet lover" that just wants to watch animals . There's a difference. About: My passion for dogs has been with me since a very young age. As a child, my dream was to be a vet because of my passion and love for animals. I have 20 years of service, and my approach to caring for my dogs at home has always been holistic and natural. I've reversed my dog's diagnosed disease naturally and have saved his life naturally when vets have told me to put my dog to sleep. I'm thorough with my dogs’ routine, medication, diet, and cleaning eating. That makes me highly prepared for the dogs I tend to. Fun fact: My family and I own 17 pets! Usually, when everyone goes on a family trip, I'm the caregiver for all our pets at once. Hopefully, the background I give of my experience gives you peace in choosing me to watch your babies 🐩🐶🐕 I do freelance work; it's my main source of income. Therefore, it’s easy to create my own schedule and very flexible days and hours. It will be easier for you to book with me as I strive to work with your schedule and needs effortlessly. Personally, with my own dog, I'm highly attentive. Even though we have a backyard, I strongly believe in always being present and attentive when taking your dog out to potty. Even in your own backyard! Anytime they are outside, I will be present. I also think it’s important to interact and be present regularly with them; they need attention and love, too. I make sure to spend time with my dog when I come home and make time to play, cuddle, and show him affection . Also, it's important for me to take him out of the house. Even if it's a short walk, cruising in the car to pick up errands or food. It's important for them to explore and experience different environments.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.
Before booking, confirm:
- the timing, length, and frequency of visits;
- the care instructions the sitter should follow;
- which parts of your pet’s usual routine should be prioritized;
- how often you would like to receive messages, photos, or other updates.
Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
