Julian made us feel very comfortable with a greet and meet the day before the visit. Our fur babies got to know their atmosphere and mingle with the other dogs. The day of the drop off I felt secure knowing that my pups were in great hands. Pictures were sent to keep us at ease while we were away. I would recommend and continue to use Julian in the future as my baby sitter when in Oceanside.

Jaqueline is very communicative and understood everything I told her. My dog had a great time with her at her recent doggy daycare. Will definitely book with her again. I’m very pleased with the way Bailey was taken care of.

Paige was wonderful and made me feel at ease with hourly updates and photos while my dog Roxy was in her care. Roxy was all smiles and that totally warms my heart! I’m so happy to have found Paige. An even bigger perk is she is so close to me. I plan to rebook Paige’s services very very soon. Thank you, Paige!

About: With over 15 years of experience in private pet sitting and personal dog ownership, I have a deep love and sense of consideration for animals. For two years, I have been dedicated to providing high-quality care through Rover, building a reputation for reliability and attentiveness. Pet care is my only commitment, so I am available for those that need more than the technical pet sitting: drop ins through the day and stay overnight. I have stayed with elder pups who could not be alone longer than 1-2 hours. So, I can be as available within my bookings as much as I am needed. Outside of pet care, I lead a quiet, home-centered lifestyle. This translates perfectly into attentive overnight care for animals that thrive in a peaceful, calm environment. Pet care is my sole professional commitment, allowing me to be fully present for your companions. My long-term goals include finding community through pet-related events, pursuing volunteer opportunities, and eventually establishing my own dedicated care business. Everyone receives specialized interaction suited to their personality and energy level: For dogs, activities often include decompression/sniff walks, backyard play, and relaxed companionship like porch sitting or quiet couch time. High-energy pets receive engaging play and mental stimulation, while seniors or sensitive dogs receive slower, confidence-building interaction and low-stress movement. For cats, there could be wand play, chase-and-capture sessions, window or bird watch enrichment, brushing (if enjoyed), and calm social time on their terms. Between activities, I prioritize rest and normal household rhythm so no one is overstimulated or unsettled. I also maintain the cleanliness of pet areas and keep the home secure and lived-in (for overnights/extended stays).

Loooove Kellie and her family!! Over the past 11 years, I’ve resided in numerous states with my pup and have tried a TON of sitters. None compare to the experience at Kellie’s home. This statement coming from myself is not expressed lightly as I am the definition of a ‘crazy dog mom’. Naturally, I get high anxiety having to leave my pup behind during travel as I typically try and take her everywhere. Since moving to TX, it only took one stay with Kellie for me to realize that there is no one else I’d rather use exclusively to care for Storm while I am away. During the stay, Kellie keeps me posted on daily activities and provides photos. Aside from this, what I love the most are the detailed written updates as it just warms my heart to hear of my pups personality, goofy habits and funky quirks coming out during the stay which really shows how cozy and at my home Storm is with Kellie. As for this crazy dog mom, I am at ease knowing my Stormy girl is always going to be in good caring hands with Kellie.

Joann and her boys were amazing! She was able to accommodate a last minute booking! Cooper was a little anxious at first, but he settled right down as you can see in the photos that Joann was so kind to send to me. We were able to communicate back and forth so we could make sure he was settling in. I will absolutely call her again to watch him the next time we come to town!

About: Hey pet parents!! I’m a passionate animal lover with experience caring for dogs of all personalities and needs. Over the years, I’ve fostered rescue dogs, volunteered at animal shelters, and helped care for both reactive and mellow pets. Working with rescue animals has taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to create a calm, safe environment for every pet. In addition to pet sitting for friends and family, I’m also a pet photographer, which means I work closely with dogs and cats of all temperaments on a daily basis. From energetic puppies to shy or anxious pets, I’ve learned how to read body language, build trust, and help animals feel comfortable in new environments. I have experience with daily walks, feeding routines, medication administration when needed, playtime, and providing lots of love and companionship while owners are away. I understand that every pet is different, and I always take the time to learn their routines, comfort levels, and personalities so they feel secure and cared for. Whether your dog is playful and energetic or more reserved and reactive, I’m committed to making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. As someone deeply involved in the pet community, I truly treat every animal like family. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pet and give you peace of mind while you’re away! ————— Hola! I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available full-time for pet care. As a pet photographer, I work independently and spend most of my time around animals, which allows me to provide attentive care, companionship, walks, playtime, and frequent updates throughout the day. Your pet will receive lots of attention, patience, and love while in my care. I provide a safe, comfortable, and pet-friendly home environment with a fully fenced backyard for supervised play and outdoor time. Pets are welcome on the furniture and are treated like part of the family while staying in my home. I also have two very friendly resident dogs, Ginger (8) and Jasper (10), who are both gentle and used to being around other pets. I always prioritize slow introductions and making sure every dog feels comfortable and safe. If preferred, I’m also able to crate your dog and accommodate their normal routines and needs.

About: Animals have been apart of my life ever since I was born!!! My family has owned everything from your common dogs and cats to aquatic life and even exotics!! I guess you can say I was born to be your regular Dr. Doolittle. I started taking care of animals at the age of 11 when I obtained my first horse. It was then that I learned the importance of feeding schedules, nutrition and clean up duty. I even had a hand in giving vaccinations. By the time I graduated high school, I was responsible for the daily care of 7 horses. I continued to explore my love for everything animals by obtaining my bachelor's in animal science with a focus in veterinary medicine. During that time I also worked and volunteered at animal hospitals in order to gain the hands on experience of administering medications orally, in the muscle and by IV as well as animal handling. ***CERTIFIED GROOMER*** I have my grooming certification so I also offer grooming services at a discounted price during your stay. Book a boarding or daycare stay and get 20% off any grooming service or you can just come drop off your animal for a few hours of pampering and pickup after they’re done for regular price. Please contact me for pricing. Meet and Greet Schedule: Monday-Friday - 4pm-8pm in between any visits I have scheduled. Saturday - 2pm-8pm in between any visits I have scheduled. Sunday - anytime in between any visits I have scheduled Boarding Drop-off/Pickup Schedule: Sunday-Saturday - 5:30am-11pm in between any visits I have scheduled. These times are based on my current schedule and are subject to change at anytime so please contact me first to see if I can accommodate a specific time frame. My Policies: Due to unexpected changes with visits that can happen, for example, bad weather, heavy traffic, changes with client's return times/dates due to delayed flights or return travel, animal emergencies (personal animals and/or client animals), etc, drop in visits and dog walking arrival times are as follows: morning visits/walks - 7am-9am Afternoon visits/walks - 11am-1pm Evening/night visits/walks - 6pm-8:30pm I service multiple households a day so to ensure that all animals are serviced within a reasonable time frame, this is the schedule I uphold to and may not be able to accommodate households that aren't flexible with my visit time frame. If you require a time that isn't within my time frame, please reach out to me to see if I'm able to accommodate your time. Rover cards are started from the time I am walking to your door. If you live in an area that's hard for parking or I have to park far away, part of the 30 min visit includes the round trip walk to and from where I have to park. This ensures that I am finished with your visit in a timely manner to service other households. It's not fair for other households to experience delays in their visit due to this. For households that don't have a backyard for me to let the dogs out to potty, if it's raining and cold, I will not be able to walk the dog until the rain has stopped. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause but cold + rain = sick sitter 🤒 Please make sure you understand and are ok with these policies before we schedule a meet and greet so as to prevent any friction that may arise during the visit. When I care for animals in or out of the clients' home, the goal is to keep the animal as comfortable as possible. I require an interview to meet the pets and their owners prior to sitting to gain a feel of the environment, the pet parents and fur babies. I also take this time to learn the daily routine and answer any questions. I have beds, crates, toys, treats, anything to cater to your critter. There's daily playtime in the backyard to ensure your buddy gets plenty of exercise. Each dog walk experience is tailored to the specific personality of the dog. Whether they like to play in groups or one on one treatment, there's something for everyone.

Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I prioritize consistency, reliability, and time management. I also make time for play, exercise, and updates to owners, so you’ll always know how your pet is doing. I always take time to understand each pet’s routine, behavior, and any special instructions to make sure they feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I respect their space and keep everything clean and organized while following all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, and preferred routines. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure to prevent any safety risks. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of supervision, playtime, and a structured routine. I make sure pets are never left unattended for long periods and that they feel safe and relaxed.
