About: Hi my name is Yee Lam but everyone calls me Suki. I grew up with dogs and am a dog lover. I had a beloved toy poodle named Seven for 15 years, who was truly the best dog and a cherished member of our family. I’m a full-time mom, and when my son (9) and daughter (7) are in school, I have plenty of free time to care for pets—playing with them, feeding them, and giving them all the attention they need. My kids love dogs too, and I think this is a wonderful way for them to learn the joys and responsibilities of having a puppy. I’m available for boarding on weekends and most weekdays after 9 a.m. We have a spacious yard for safe outdoor play, and our neighborhood is calm, family-friendly, and right next to a school, with no major roads nearby, so you can feel at ease knowing your dog will be safe on our walks.

She took the time to get to know Cinco, listened carefully to all of our instructions, and has been incredibly patient about letting Cinco set the pace and build trust with her. Cinco can be reactive to other dogs and can also be nervous around loud noises, so finding someone we trusted to walk her was very important to us. Tricia pays attention to her cues and adjusts the walk when Cinco is uncomfortable rather than pushing her. After only two visits, Cinco was already excited to see her! Tricia is also a great communicator and clearly cares about making sure both Cinco and we are comfortable. About: I’ve cared for pets since I was a child, got our first dogs going into high school, and have since cared for multiple different owners pets in addition to my experience growing up. I’m currently taking classes full-time, so daily walks are ideal to get myself moving and keep your pups healthy as well! I also am open to overnights & longer stays, as my class schedule isn’t too heavy for in person lectures, which is ideal to not be gone too long when taking care of pets for multiple days. I will care for your pets with your & their best interest in mind, based on however you like to care for them & whatever suits their/your needs!
About: I've had a fun-filled house with dogs and cats since I was in elementary school. I've worked professionally with pets as well, such as pet dental hygienist assistant, pet store associate and birthday party tour guide, and Chewy supervisor. About: I have taken care of multiple different breeds of dogs! Small, medium and large! I also have experience with farm animals as well horses, cattle, goats etc. I’ve also had house with combinations of dogs, cats and horses. I’ve also had experience with epileptic dogs as well and having to give medication to pets as well. Although I do not have my own when I am house sitting I make sure to schedule my personal life around the pets I am watching. When pet sitting the pets I am watching are my number one priority. My work schedule during the week I typical work 8-9 hours a day and on the weekends I work I typically work 10-11 hours days. Even with working if the pet requires walks I will make sure they are getting the exercise they need before and after work regardless of the time. I am a very trustworthy pet sitter I have clients that are okay with friends or significant others coming over and I have others who are not, either way I fully respect that clients choice. I always make sure to clean up after myself and make sure the house is clean before leaving. When it comes to the animal I will not push the animal to do anything it does not want to do like going for a car ride, or anything else that may make the pet nervous. I do like to meet the animal and pet parents before hand just to make sure we have a good connection and trust.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
