About: I am a compassionate life long animal lover. I’ve worked in animal hospitals with large boarding facilities, as the lead kennel technician, as well as being a veterinary assistant. I spent my days playing with and caring for other people's animals. I am able to give medications and tend to special needs animals. Though I left my hospital job when I moved here at the beginning of the pandemic, I've chosen to continue to work with animals because it is something that comes naturally to me & I feel that it's important to love what you do. During my volunteer hours I would make sure the dogs were fed and had water and were always in good condition living their best life. About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do. I’ve also stayed with animals after their surgeries to monitor when the owner has to work.

I work from home Mon - Fri so I can sit mid-week but need access to high-speed internet if I'm staying in your home. I do take well behaved cats and dogs in my own home, as long as they meet and get along with my animal friendly pets. My weekends are available if I'm not previously engaged, but I do have an active schedule so I will work with you to ensure my schedule is a good fit for your pets. I am available for overnights, drop in and some boarding care for your pets and home. I have a detailed checklist to help set expectations for care whether in your home or mine. I do a health and safety check twice a day (morning and evening) to ensure the items on your list have been completed. The care of your animals and property is always my highest priority and I will work with you to set clear expectations and let you know if I'm a good fit.

About: I've always loved taking care of animals, and have been raised around them my whole life. I've volunteered at a shelter for a couple of years, and have had neighbors and family members rely on me to take care of their pets any time they were out of town. I have experience with both puppies and senior care just from having my own pups. Puppies like to be active a lot of the time and also need reinforcing with patience and consitency. However with senior dogs I have no issues with medications, and any special care, or just being a companion for them. I'm working part time right now however only two days a week usually between Thursday and Saturday, sometimes it does fluctuate but it can most definitely be worked around if need be. Anytime from Sunday-Wednesday would be best, as those are usually my off days and would have way more time available to spend with your doggies! When caring for pets in a clients home, I make sure to adhere closely to the instructions given to maintain consistency and meet individual pets needs. This includes any medications, supplements, feeding schedules, and meals with any dietary restrictions or needs. I like to keep pets active as well depending on their health condition, and make sure to keep a clean and well kept environment. Above all I treat each pet with respect and care as if they were my own.

About: I grew up with two big German Shepherd huskies and now I have a lab and German Shepherd Husky, and Catahula/B Collie I’ve watched pit bulls as well. Some experience with horses and live stock. Work remote in Cool and have very flexible availability, I can take very short notice jobs and I'm only out of town a few days a month I am someone who runs daily so long dog walks will be fun for me. I can also take dogs to parks if that is desired.
