About: I grew up with all kinds of animals and took care of them when sick or when family or friends were away. I can continue training if needed. I love to take care of fur babies. I can confidently say when you get home your fur babies will be happy! I am a caregiver for the elderly with dementia my schedule varies but it is typically 12-5pm I can adapt to any set of rules you may have for your pets to help them be more comfortable and feel safe while in my care.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, and fish all my life along with other animals. From being responsible for taking them out as a kid, to having my own to care for, and helping out with my family’s dogs I have learned a lot about animals and what it takes to keep them happy and healthy. I know all about special diets and meds as well as routines and special spots and toys. Animals really love me and they usually warm up immediately. They have a sense to them about peoples energies and I think they gravitate to mine. I am a independent contractor with complete control of my schedule. I am in and out of my house throughout the day so really we can work out whatever your needs are and I can plan around you I want your fur baby to feel as comfortable as possible while you are away. I will listen and follow your instructions to a T . I make sure all potty breaks and food are given at the correct time. I will make sure they get plenty of exercise and play time with all the love and attention.

About: Registered Veterinary Technician who works emergency medicine on the weekends looking for extra work through the week. I can’t stay at your house overnight, but your pet can come to mine. I can also do drop ins pretty regularly. I graduated college with a degree in Veterinary technology and passed my state boards. I work at an emergency clinic in Atlanta on the weekends and right now I’m free through the week. I can try my best to work out whatever you need help with. I’m skilled at giving medications and anything basic your pet may need in home, as well as lifesaving care due to any emergency. I can keep non child friendly cats in a different area, but dogs must be child friendly. I do have cats & ferrets, but they can be kept separately if your animals are not cat & small rodent friendly. I have 2 dogs as well. All of my animals are pet friendly with everything as many animals have come through my care fostering. I'm skilled in exotic pet care as well if necessary. I currently only work weekend overnights in the ER. So, I am home all week caring for my fur babies. As well as yours hopefully! I strive to care for anyone's else's pets exactly as I would my own. When they are with me, they are my babies too. I bring my ER compassion with me when I pet sit, in the ER the pets are without their owners & they are scared on top of being hurt. While my pet sits may not be hurt, I'm aware they could be nervous & unfamiliar. I try to treat them with the upmost compassion & kindness.

I currently have two friendly medium/large-sized dogs and a large fenced-in backyard, perfect for safe play and exercise. About: I’ve grown up with animals and have always felt a deep love for them. My grandfather had a farm, so dogs, cats, chickens, horses, donkeys, and have loved every moment of being there. Now, my in-laws have a farm with 2 large breed dogs, goats, chickens and a mommy donkey and baby donkey which is my dream to have this as well! First thing in the morning I get my school aged girls breakfast going and the dogs and cats get their breakfast as well. The girls say their goodbyes and give loves before heading to school and the fur babies go in the backyard to play, use the potty and sunbathe or chill in the shade then back inside for some play, cuddles, or just hanging out. I really just go by what each fur baby’s preferences are. I’m a stay-at-home mom and this is my full-time job. So my day-to-day will be with your pet, loving them and caring for them just like or as close as I can to how you love and care for them. We have a large fenced in yard, but the dogs come and go in and out as they please. At bedtime they are in for the night and sleep in their crate or as we get more comfortable and see how they do on their bed or with the person they want to snuggle with that night. ***I do ask that pets are bathed before their arrival, just as a precaution for my pets, home and children. I deeply and sincerely appreciate the understanding in this request.***

About: Dogsitters in Forest Heights in Athens. Pet lovers of all species! We've been raising and training dogs for both our lives. We have 2 well trained and non-aggressive Boykin Spaniels, Tallulah (F, 6, spayed) and Butternut (M, 1, intact). We would love to host your doggos! Only daycare and boarding dogs at this time. Will works remote from home and that blesses him with time to spend with the doggos. We occasionally watch friends' dogs while home. Get to spend a lot of time in the backyard with them and going on walks. We have a quarter acre fenced yard with a mini orchard, backing up to 18 acre woods. No adjacent neighbors have dogs, and have lots of nice places for dogs to lounge around. We love our home and pets and work hard to create a very safe space for pets. There is a nature preserve near our home that the dogs love going to, let us know if you want us to take your dog there!

They would love to stay with Aunt Wendy. I live in a very central location in Athens. I have a great fenced yard. No small kids. I have my own business, so I am at home a lot of the work week. You can trust me with the care of your fur baby. I own my own business so some days I work from Home and am able to care for dogs all day. I have a great neighborhood for walking.
