About: I'm excited to have your furry friend over and will give them all the TLC they deserve while sticking to their regular schedules. I've been obsessed with dogs since I was a kid and have taken care of our family dog, Lucky, since he was a puppy up until he passed away due to old age at 17 years. I now have a 6 year old Shiba Inu, Sumi, and a 10 year old cat, Ellie. Sumi was a rescue mill mama and was extremely fearful. With patience and love, she's finally come out of her shell. I've managed to teach both the dog and the cat tricks and work on training with them daily. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment and am home most of the day. I'll stick to whatever schedule your pet is used to so there won't be any confusion when they return to you. Our neighborhood is pretty large and also has a walking trail, so walks can be as short or long as you'd like. There's a dog friendly space downstairs with plenty of room to run around and play with toys, or if they prefer to chill, there's plenty of pet beds and blankets in the living room. I have a very chill and friendly Shiba Inu and Husky/Shepherd mix at home that can keep your dog company. I do have a cat that has their own room and can be separated if your dog doesn't get along with cats. I also have a large crate and two pens available if that's something you're used to doing. Baby gates are set up between each floor, but are usually left open for my dog. There are cameras on each floor so that I can keep an eye on the pets if I'm leaving the home or on a different floor.

I know how hard it is to leave your pup behind when you travel—I’ve been there, and that’s exactly why I care for every dog like they’re my own. Your dog will get lots of love, attention, and snuggles here. I’m home all day, have a fenced backyard for safe playtime, and I love going for walks. It’s a calm home with no small kids—just my two older boys (12 and 15) who are gentle, respectful, and big animal lovers. If you’re looking for someone who truly gets how special your pup is, I’d love to be your sitter! I work from home full-time with lots of breaks and flexibility, so walks are a daily thing and your pup will never feel ignored. I’m always popping out for fresh air or taking a break to throw a toy around or give some belly rubs. Dogs are such a big part of my everyday life, and I love having them close. Ollie even has a bed in my office! I’m happy to follow any instructions or routines you have for your pup—I know how important consistency is! Dogs have full access to our home and are treated like family here, but I can absolutely crate your pup if that’s what they’re used to or if it makes them feel more comfortable. Whatever helps them feel safe and loved while you’re away!

When I dropped her off for day care I watched as Hazel sidled over to her and stayed calmly at her side as I departed. Joann’s home is spacious and clean, and her fenced in backyard is a great feature. Hazel seemed to truly enjoy her time with Joann and we will certainly return for future care needs.”

About: A typical day for me and dogs include daily runs/walk and frequent outside trips as needed. Playing is important as is cuddling/petting once trust has been established. I love dogs and enjoy playing with my dog niece and nephew. Also I am close to several dog parks and hiking trails. I work from home so I have very little outside commitments that will distract me from giving your pet the kind of care and attention he/she deserves. When they are with me, they are family. I do have a fenced yard so your pet will be safe with me. I work remotely so it fits perfectly! I have a very flexible schedule so adding caretaking will not be an issue. The pet will not be alone for longer than an hour. I have a house with a yard that is fenced in. The dog will not be alone inside for longer than an hour unless specified by you. I do have a puppy that loves dogs and plays well.
