About: As far as experience goes there isn’t a time in my life I remember that I wasn’t caring for an animal. From reptiles, to rodents, to cats and dogs, I’ve had them all. From a young age I was taught responsibility and discipline when it came to caring for tiny creatures. Additionally for over two years I volunteered weekly at a local animal shelter. During this time I gained knowledge as to how animals interacted with one another, how to properly administer medication, warning signs to look out for, what to do in emergencies, and deeply studied animal behavior. To add on to that I am currently employed at a doggie daycare. During my time here not only have I gotten to widen my horizons when it came to taking care of animals but I have learned hands on how to bandage a wound, what to do in animal confrontations as well as how to handle the unexpected such as sickness or seizures. Additionally over the last 3 years I have volunteered at different animal welfare programs across the globe. These include Portugal, Puerto Rico, Tanzania and soon Hawaii. During this time I have not only seen hands on other cultures way of taking care of animals but also gained knowledge as to how to better the animal care I provide to clients. As I previously stated I currently am employed at a doggie daycare. Additionally I work at a bakery as well. My schedule changes weekly so it can be hard to give an exact time frame when booking. Typically I work up to 8 hour shifts. I typically prefer to stay in clients homes to keep their pets safe and happy in their own environment. I will be there in the morning before work, and will immediately come back when I get off as well as being there at night. I try to spend as much time as possible with the pets while you are away I typically only offer staying in the clients home and I am comfortable crating animals while gone. I always keep things like medications safely out of reach and secured. Additionally upon booking I typically ask about any health notes, allergies, or special needs as well as a good contact number for your vet in case of emergency.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was young. I’ve walked, fed, bathed, helped train, and overall cared for animals. I have had experience with kittens/puppies and senior animals! I have watched family and friends dogs! I work part-time and my schedule is often different, but I am always free after 7 pm weekdays and 6 pm weekends. I am open to other times as well as long as I don’t work! I do not offer animals in my home due to having my own cats. Only dog and cat sitting at the clients house! Thank you

About: My family has had a dog since I was younger and I currently have a mini goldendoodle. I understand how keeping dogs happy and cared for is vital to ‘owners.’ I have a very flexible and open schedule! I like to take my own dog for longer walks to get energy out and relax our minds together. I love playing with them so they’re not just sitting around unhappy. It’s important to me to make sure all of their needs are met as I believe this affects longevity and overall well-being.

Plenty of love I have to give, but I also have the experience of 35 years as a science teacher. I’m well-versed in how animals like dogs and cats talk to us through their gestures. Dogs evolved with humans, and I understand that relationship and how dogs meet our emotional needs. Please read my first four reviews which I received from pet owners that I served even before signing up with Rover. The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. The dog decides when it wants to go potty. 😉 Just in case, I usually take the dog out before it decides and always before any discomfort. Snuggles welcome. 🐾🥰😻 When serving you and your pet, I like to send pictures. We can also use FaceTime or Zoom to check in. 🐶🤩 At age 61, I’ve been a retired teacher for 3 years, and my activity level allows me to run or play with your beloved dog. In your home, I follow instructions and do the routine for your beloved just like you would. However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.

About: I have dreamed about walking dogs since I was a little girl and now I have found a way to do it and get paid! I have two Weiner dogs at my mom's house, a labordooddle at my dad's, and two cats of my own.I know and love all kinds of dogs and cats! I will care and treat them like they are my own so trust me they will get the best care ever! They may even get a little spoiled... But I can be strict if you have certain rules you want them to abide by! I have training. Please consider me when thinking about who can care for your furry children. I will give them the best care they deserve! I work part time and have a flexible schedule, so I can be available when needed. I have a car for easy transportation as well. My cats get supervised time outside on harnesses and time in the breezeway with open windows to get some fresh air. My neighborhood is good for taking dogs on walks and there is a wonderful dog park near by!

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, and even a tarantula, animals have always been such an important part of my life. Even though they can’t talk, they quickly become your best friend and constant companion. I believe every animal deserves to be treated with love, kindness, and the best care possible, no matter their age, size, or breed. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with everything from training playful puppies to helping care for senior dogs, including giving medications and basic health care. I also adopted my two kittens when they were just four months old, and they’re now happy, healthy three-and-a-half-year-olds. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s something I truly enjoy. Hi there! I’m new to Mayville and have open availability to walk, play with, and care for your furry loved ones. I always make sure fresh food and clean water are provided, with bowls cleaned regularly to keep everything sanitary. Whether it’s brushing, playing fetch, going on nice long walks, or just giving them lots of attention and love—your pet’s happiness and care are my top priority! I make sure that my cats home environment is safe for them to roam and not get into too much mischief. Water bowls are cleaned. Food is rotated. Pee pads are changed out and litter is changed once a month while cleaning litter box out daily. I am sure that my cats live in a safe environment and are happy and healthy.

I keep areas clean and make sure everything is secure before I leave a home. I also always send a "closing" message for overnight stays with details like mail collection etc! About: I am a big dog lover. I couldn’t have dogs for most of my life due to my dad’s allergies. I coped with that by dogsitting until I moved out and was able to have a dog of my own. I recently rescued a senior dog with a lot of anxiety so I have experience working with nervous dogs. I would love to take care of your dog and treat them like my own. I am currently available any time during the week to let your dog out or take them for a walk. I am home during the day with my dog so I have lots of flexibility. A big part of dog care is adapting to the dog. I know each dog is different with their own set of needs. My goals is to adjust to each dog I work with to make them feel safe and loved.

I have owned multiple dogs throughout my life and many other types of animals. I love to be active and outdoors. I have a big open back yard for your dog to run around in. About: I have worked with three doggy daycares with different social settings and dynamics small groups to groups of 45. We are trained to care for dogs, of any breed. Poop, or throw up I can handle it. I work part-time my schedule shifts, are Tuesday, and Sunday. However, I can change my shifts to meet your schedule needs. never be afraid to ask and always ask me a week in advance. I have been trained through three different doggy daycare programs that have introduced different training protocols to understand the needs, health, Dog AID, behaviors, and more of different breeds. Your fur babies or little ones will receive all the love and care they need. I will keep you updated with videos, photos, or even FaceTime to show you how everything is going when I visit a client’s home. I always follow and respect the rules, and if I notice anything unusual, I will report it and ask questions, because your pets’ well-being is my top priority.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and am now a proud owner for the past 1.5 years! I’m around 1-2 times throughout a typical work day to let my puppy out. She rules this house so no furniture or beds are off limits, which is extended to all the dogs that come into my home (I’ve recently become the extended family dog sitter due to my work schedule). Monday’s-Thursdays I am home 1-2 times during the typical work day for about a half hour each time. Fridays and weekends I’m typically home most of the day, maybe running errands here and there. Allie rules the house here! She is allowed on furniture and beds and this would extend to your baby too. We spend a lot of time outside with water always available and I’m always out with her. We have tons of toys and she doesn’t mind sharing them.

About: I have owned and watch dogs but also cats. I have a love for animals and I get very excited meeting new ones. It’s the best experience to me. I’m available anytime. I would be able to do last minute set ups. I’m sometimes away from home around 2-4 pm but that’s not often Everyone in the house loves animals, especially dogs. The most love is given like their our own. We get very excited and take them out for long walks. My dog has been around puppies before and he loves to be around other dogs.
