About: Hi! I’m Megan, a lifelong dog lover with a heart (and home) made for pups of all shapes and sizes. What sets me apart? I treat every dog like family — not just with walks and feedings, but with play, enrichment, and genuine love. Whether your pup is high-energy, shy, or a senior who needs extra TLC, I tailor care to their personality and routine. I’ve got experience with everything from belly rubs to administering meds, and I keep you updated with daily photos and pup-dates so you never miss a tail wag. If you want someone who shows up with treats, toys, and tons of love — I’m your person. 🐕💛 I’ve worked with animals for years from rescuing dogs as a girl to the Birmingham Zoo! I currently work at Wags and Whiskers right here in Dothan! I recently left my 9-to-5 to focus full-time on something I truly love — caring for dogs! That means your pup will get my full attention, flexible scheduling, and lots of love throughout the day. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I offer in-home pet sitting with plenty of snuggles, playtime, and a calm, stress-free environment. Since leaving my 9-to-5, I’m home full-time — meaning your pup gets round-the-clock attention, companionship, and care. My home is safe, clean, and set up for comfort — whether your dog loves lounging on the couch, playing in the yard, or enjoying quiet time. I follow your pup’s routine closely, offer updates with photos and videos, and make sure they feel secure and loved every step of the way. Think of it as a mini-vacation for your pet — with all the comforts of home, and a sitter who truly cares. 🐶💛

I would love the chance to spend time with your babies! I have personal pet care experience as well as professional experience working for a boarding and grooming business. Pets are family and deserve the best care. I always strive to care for your pets just the same as I do my own. I am a college student and work until 4:45 during the week, but I am available after then and on weekends. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets! I currently only have three pets- my pup Sage and two geckos! We love being outdoors and exploring new areas. About: Animal advocate since the age of 5. I have had snakes, turtles, birds, cats and dogs my entire life. I have delivered, raised and trained many litters of kittens since I was 10. My family owned Wet Pets where I spent every summer growing up. It was a little girl’s paradise. I have helped many turtles cross the road and our most recent fur baby jumped in my car at the Dollar General and I really think he was trying to rescue me because a wasp flew in the car. The workers in DG said people moved and just left him 😢 wasn’t sure how he and our German would get along but it’s like he has always been here! So we have a 100 pound German Shepherd (Fitz) and a brindle pit mix (Saber) so when my daughter walked in with a 2 pound kitten….sure why not. We absolutely love our fur babies and promise to treat yours no different! I am in education, so I can’t leave during the day but my pups walk me every morning. They are way to rotten to stay outside so they are definitely inside all day in their bedroom which has a full size bed, sectional, and they have their own TV. My son come home at lunch to check on them. I get home around 3 and we go outside. Then when my daughter gets home they get to play again. I really feel like i am describing how I would care for one of my kids because they are treated no differently. I would prefer to care for your babies in your home. My pups are VERY sweet and love to play at the dog park with other dogs but I would rather not chance bringing new friends in. But with that being said once we all get to know each other and maybe a few trips together to the dog park. I would have absolutely no problem bringing them over. If there is ever situation and you need to bring them here like I said mine have the whole end of the house and we have a fenced in backyard so keeping them separate would not be a problem!

About: While in high school and for a few years after I worked as a veterinarian assistant/technician (non-certified). I currently volunteer with a shelter. I am well versed in senior dog care as well as pets with medical issues, including an e-tube. I no longer have pets of my own at this time, as my 2 best girls have recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I’m not yet ready for my own, but I absolutely love pets and volunteering with shelters and pet sitting will help! I do work full-time, 6AM - 3PM, Monday through Friday, however, I work remotely and as long as you have Internet access I am available in your pet's home 24/7. I prefer to care for your pet in their own home, as it provides the most comfort and reassurance for them while staying in their familiar environment. Since I work remotely, I can take your pet outside for a 15-minute break every hour between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. Additionally, outside of those hours, I’m available to let your pet enjoy the outdoors as much as they’d like, for as long as they want! I also love walks on nice days and would be thrilled to take your furry friend along with me.

“Madison was great w/my dog! She’s patient, attentive & really understands her. Dewey needs patience when she’s new to someone & Madison gave her that space & time that she needed. Madison kept me informed & asked about things if she was unsure about something.”

About: I’m a nurse, mom, and wife, and I love all animals. I changed my availability to reflect my work schedule. I work 3 days a week. I grew up taking care of horses, dogs, and cats. I treat all animals with the kind of care and attention they require to be happy! We have two dogs, Brando and Mila, a large fenced yard for them to run, and a 2 story house with plenty of space. Our dogs are spayed and neutered. My husband and I have three crates, but we never keep our dogs locked in the crates. They stay in the kitchen with food and water when we aren’t home. On my available days, I will be home unless I have to run to the store. Please consider reaching out to me to take care of your pets!

About: I have taken care of all animals since I was young. I have worked at a doggy day care for a year where I provide the animals a stress free and relaxed environment. I have also volunteered at numerous animal shelters over the years. I am currently working a part-time job and am in school, but I am free any day to check up on your fur babies. I have classes Tuesdays and Wednesday, and my work schedule varies weekly. I have a fenced in yard where I keep my two animals during the day and they sleep inside during the night. I work with the clients to understand their pets daily routine including feeding times, exercise routines, medications, and any special requirements there may be.
