About: I have owned dogs and cats all my life. There has never been a time I haven't had an animal living with me. Until now... I’m retired and get my dog fix from dog-sitting. I believe that there is no greater love than the love from a pet. I started dog sitting when I was between teaching jobs. I have retired from teaching elementary art. I live with my bf on about 1/4 acre. Fenced yard and security cameras. We are master gardeners and have about 1000 square feet of organic garden. “Jewel did a wonderful job stepping in with little preparation when my friend couldn’t stay with my pups while I was away. After a video meet and greet, Jewel came and figured out my pups complicated routines. She messaged when she had questions or concerns. Her co-sitter, Scout, was good with my dogs and extra careful with my elderly blind guy. My old guy, PV, wasn’t eating and we figured out that he had been missing his heart medication as well as his pain medication! As soon as his medication was straightened out, he was back chowing down. He fell in love with Jewel, leaning on her for pets — which he never does! Pearl, the diva head of the household, fell for Jewel right off and followed her around and slept with her and Scout. Not only did Jewel take great care of the pups, walking them daily and brushing them, she kept up the house so it was neat when I returned, took out the garbage, got the mail, and did poop scooping in the back yard as well as watering the plants! About: I've been pet sitting since middle school. I am the go-to pet sitter for many. I have cared for up to 5 animals at once, including cats, dogs, and fish. I also grew up with medically-complex animals, so I am very comfortable administering medication if needed. I will give your animals the most love they could ever need during your absence! I am a college student during the spring and fall, and I am currently unemployed during the summer. I am fully free at all times! I try to be as respectful as possible to all client's homes. I follow the Girl Scout rule of leaving a place better than I found it (within reason of course), and dedicate my days to spending time with the pets I am caring for. This includes playing, petting, feeding, and just hanging out with those cute pets! I try to be super communicative with owners, including making a list of daily duties and timelines, ensuring appropriate contact information for emergencies is given, and all questions are asked sooner than later. If your pet has specific feeding needs, I will follow that to a T. If your pet prefers to spend time outside but needs supervision, no worries! I will gladly sit outside and play with them! I am happiest when I am helping your pet live their happiest life!

Ashlee did such a great job with my dog. I could tell from all the pictures she was very happy! I enjoyed my trip better knowing this. When I got home, my house was cleaner than when I’d left. I couldn’t be happier with Ashlee. I told her she will be my go-to person go take care of my fur-baby!
Adrienne was great with the puppies and super respectful in our home. The puppies took to her easily and appeared to be very comfortable with her. I picked Mason because he was closer to my home than most and he was extremely responsive to my questions even before I met him. I was very lucky to have booked this young man. He went above and beyond my requests of him and Cooper loved him. Cooper never had so much exercise. Mason is a student who doesn't have a car but that didn't stop him from hiking up my hill to meet us. We will be repeat customers for sure.
