About: e been the go-to dog sitter for friends and family since I was a kid, and caring for pups truly makes me happy. I love getting to know each dog’s personality—whether they’re playful, shy, or total cuddle bugs. About: Hi my name is Sheldan! I’m a mom to 2 boys (5yr old & 3yr old) who have a lot of energy! I’m a stay at home mom so we are home all day every day. I’ve always grown up with animals, dogs, cats, chickens, and even a hedgehog. I’m a huge animal lover, if I could rescue every animal in the shelter, trust me I would! I was on Rover for a little bit back in the summer months of 2019 and 2020-2021 then life got a little busy so I took a break. Both my kids grew up around our German Shepherd who passed in early 2024. We love to be outside and take our daily walks or bike rides when it’s not too hot out! I’m energetic, have a bubbly and fun personality and super easy going, hopefully you’ll get to see that! I’m a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open and flexible! During the summer months we are very flexible and available. My home is currently baby proofed so we don’t have anything lying around that could be harmful to your pet. We do not have a fenced in yard.

I have the most experience caring for cats and dogs but have previously cared for and am comfortable with fish, birds, reptiles and small mammals. I regularly pet sit for friends and family and dedicate most of my time caring for my own pets. In my spare time, I volunteer at a local cat shelter. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
