About: All my life I have had pets, dogs, cats, hamsters, and even a ferret named Simba. I have had two dogs from puppy to seniors and reaching the rainbow bridge. I have two labs now and some farm animals. My husband and I have raised two boys and he is retired and we are just wanting to do something on the side we love to stay busy. I work from home or anywhere so I can stay with your pets in the safety of their own home or they are welcome to stay with us on the farm as long as they get along with other dogs. I cannot board cats however due to my dogs lack of exposure. In your home I would keep them close to their usual routine and make sure all their needs are met and patiently comfort their anxiety over missing you. In my home we have over an acre of fenced area perfect for dogs to run and play. I again would accommodate their schedules and give lots of love and attention. We have baby gates that keep pets with us in living area. If they are used to sleeping with humans I am totally okay with that, whatever they prefer.

“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”

About: I've been an animal lover my whole life. I have taken care of all types of animals. Friends and neighbors have always trusted me to take care of their animals, starting at a young age. I have taken in strays, rescued several dogs from shelters. I also volunteered for an animal rescue for several years and have fostered animals from time to time. I am the person who finds the pets at an event and stays with them the whole time. I have experience with dogs, cats including puppies and kittens, seniors, and animals with medical needs. I currently work only about 5-8 hours a week and have plenty of time to cuddle and walk your pets. Spending time with animals is my favorite thing to do. I will walk your dog twice a day, and can also take your pets on drives (with my pet seatbelt and/or car seat) if that's something you would like. Daily belly rubs are always included :) I have a fenced back yard. Pets are welcome to all areas of my home and always allowed on the couches and bed. I also have a comfortable dog car seat for dogs under 50 lbs as well as a collar/harness seatbelt restraint for larger dogs. I will take up to 3 dogs at a time, if your dog loves to be social (My home is two-story, with multiple dog gates should your dog need a break also). If your dog prefers to be the only animal around, please let me know and I'll let you know if I can arrange that.

About: I love animals and have been around and cared for them all of my life. I have three dogs of my own and live on a 50 acre farm. The back area is fenced, 1/2 acre. I do work during the day so my husband cares for our Rover pets while I am gone. All dogs love him and he is home during the day. I am a very experienced horse owner and can provide care for livestock as well as cats, dogs and birds. I raise Andalusian horses and have been around them most of my Life. Pets are my passion, are important and I love to be around them. They make me happy and I would love to pamper your pets! For house sitting clients, I do work from 6-2pm. I am happy to house sit but am gone during those hours. My husband lets the dogs out as needed all day long. He is home all of the time, so we do not leave our boarders alone. Our clients pets interact with our own pets. We cannot take in pets that do not get along with other dogs and cats. Our boarders will sleep with us or on their own bed if one is brought.

I live at home with my parents and I have lots of experience watching our two dogs and cat for weeks at a time while they are traveling. (Note: neither my parents, or pets will be anywhere near your pets, as they are going to be in a separate part of the house. The house also has a huge backyard, sitting on over an acre with tall fences. I also keep plenty of toys on hand so you can be sure your pets are getting the love and care they deserve. I currently work from home and have a very flexible. schedule all throughout the weekdays and weekends so your pets will be cared for during their entire stay. I also do not leave our own pets unattended for more than a couple hours so the same can be expected for yours as well. Pets can expect over an acre of enclosed backyard, so plenty of room to run around and play as needed. Bathroom breaks will be given at least once every 1.5 hours - 2 hours and will be supervised the entire time as is standard with our own pups. We also have a cat and two small dogs in the house, but they will be upstairs and away from your pets during the visit.

I follow all rules that are given to me. If they love all the pets then I will love them with all I got. If they love fetch, then I’ll throw the ball until they get tired.
About: I had such a great experience with rover when I was on vacation I decided to sign up! About: I’ve taken care of big mutts my whole life. My family has only ever rescued dogs. I love teaching my dogs tricks and hanging out with them outside. I’m currently searching for a job so right now this is my source of gas money. I have plenty of free time to live on pets. My animals in my home are constantly outside or napping inside. About: I have 3 dogs ranging from 1-10 1/2 years of age. We have done the puppy stage three times so I’m used to that and willing to help. I know how stressful it can be if you need to go out of town and still have a puppy at home that needs a little more attention, let me help you with this! I’m not afraid of any dogs I just need to meet them first before agreeing to a job just so that we know it’ll be a good fit. I’m currently working full time 12 hr days. So I will not schedule myself when I’m working unless of course this works for you. I’m just looking to see if I can help some people while they travel or need someone to come and check on their pets while they are away. I currently live on 2.5 acres so having dogs come to my house will not be a good fit. We have 3 dogs and sometimes sit for family and friends and their dogs come over and we closely watch them while outside so they don’t venture off into the woods. He is well socialized with dogs and a polite house guest. I have lived in a dog daycare/boarding situation, so I am very used to keeping dogs separate and I am more than happy to keep him separate and he would stay in a crate. About: All my life I have had pets, dogs, cats, hamsters, and even a ferret named Simba. I have had two dogs from puppy to seniors and reaching the rainbow bridge. I have two labs now and some farm animals. My husband and I have raised two boys and he is retired and we are just wanting to do something on the side we love to stay busy. I work from home or anywhere so I can stay with your pets in the safety of their own home or they are welcome to stay with us on the farm as long as they get along with other dogs. I cannot board cats however due to my dogs lack of exposure. In your home I would keep them close to their usual routine and make sure all their needs are met and patiently comfort their anxiety over missing you. In my home we have over an acre of fenced area perfect for dogs to run and play. I again would accommodate their schedules and give lots of love and attention. We have baby gates that keep pets with us in living area. If they are used to sleeping with humans I am totally okay with that, whatever they prefer.

“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”
