“TJ was amazing! He was always on time and had great communication throughout the entire process. He even went out of his way to do more than what was asked of him. He was so patient and gentle with my dog Mia, and she absolutely loved him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Communicative and easy going! Aliza also took a lot of great pics of my baby which I super appreciate because I miss him so much on days I have to go into the office. Will 100% book Aliza again!”

“Kimberly was great! She was extremely quick at responding to our request, and was happy to walk our boy, Seymour, while we were in town having an anniversary dinner. Kimberly was so warm and generous with her time, making sure we didn't feel rushed during our dinner. Seymour loved her! Couldn't recommend more.”

“We just adopted a dog on Sunday. She was able to do a super last minute meet on Tuesday and a walk Wednesday because I had a doctor's appointment that couldn't be moved. I can't express how grateful I was. Megan is the best.”

“I am so happy I found Jasmine - she was so communicative and came to visit Sherlock before his first walk with her on the same day. This gave me total peace of mind. She spent time with Sherlock, walked him and kept me in the loop when she finished. She is lovely, easy to work with and most importantly, Sherlock took to her immediately!”

About: Aside from growing up with two dogs throughout their puppy and elderly stages of life, I have lots of experience with animals that are not my own. I have a passion for caring for animals of all kinds—to the point where I consider the squirrels that come to my college dorm window my friends! I love helping out the pet owners in my community and often volunteer to watch dogs for free, just because I enjoy it. I have lots of experience with dogs that have special needs (i.e. injuries or medicine), and I take the responsibility of pet care seriously. I approach all animals with the same love and care as if they were my own, and i understand uniquely how worried we can get about our pets when we’re away. Part of my petsitting M.O. is frequent updates (especially photos) to give owners peace of mind. I have a special place in my heart for dogs, but am a lover of all animals and have experience with cats and bunnies as well. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends! I am a college junior currently at home for summer break. I will be taking two vacations in the next few months, but other than that my schedule allows for extremely open and flexible hours! I approach all pets with gentleness and respect, and i make sure to provide ample time for them to get used to my presence before interactions. I follow instructions thoroughly, so detail there is always appreciated, and I like to be in consistent contact with owners in case there are questions, concerns, or updates. I understand strangers can be nerve wracking for pets and their parents, so I do my very best to earn trust and be patient!
About: When I was 8 years old, I started an animal sitting business in my neighborhood. By the time I was 10, I had over 50 clients, with animals ranging from bird to dog, cat to guinea pig, wild outdoor foxes to indoor sugar gliders. I learned a lot in the ten years that I had these clients (by the time I graduated from high school, I had over 200!), but the number one thing I learned is that every animal is different. Even if they are the same breed, each animal has different motivations, different needs. I started working as a dog trainer, specifically for behavioral issues, in my early 20s. I have a special place in my heart for dogs that need some paw holding, structure, and reassurance. That's actually why I took my most recent dog, Poppy. No one else wanted her, and the pound that I pulled her from had already shaved her leg to euthanize her that very hour. It took me years to get her to be the amazing, confident, and loving dog she became. And it was well worth it, and I learned so much! Poppy sadly passed in 2025 at 14 years old. It's too quiet here without a dog, so I started sitting. What has happened since has been nothing short of miraculous, watching an ever changing dog pack of pups that need love, attention, and structure while their parents are away at work or on vacation. We would love to add your pup to the crew! We have no children, no pets, a fenced in yard, and a 3 story safe space for any type of animal that needs care (with baby gates at every stair.) Monica runs daycare and boarding full time, and Jeremy works from home, so there is rarely a time that there is no one in the house. We have a great quiet neighborhood for walking, plus a fenced in yard for extra potty breaks and play time. I believe that every animal has their own needs, and I know every pet parent has their own rules. All home rules will be respected (e.g. not allowed on the couch at home? Not allowed on the couch here). Weekdays we have doggy daycare- I allow up to 5 dogs as long as it's the right mix. Our 2-3 regulars are well trained and very welcoming. Before booking a stay for boarding or daycare, I will require you come to the house with your pup(s) to check out the space and make sure it's the right fit. I will outline my usual day for the client, and we can add or subtract anything that’s needed for them. I have puzzles, toys, lots of comfy blankets, and dog beds. I’m happy to work on any training that they may need- and at the end of the day, I’m here to provide trusted service. I will always treat the pets in my home as my own, and will treat them with respect and love.
“Kristen was lovely! On time and very sweet and patient with my anxious pup. She had nice energy, and comes across as very responsible and caring. I felt confident that my pup was in good hands with Kristen. Will definitely hire her again!”

“Mario was absolutely amazing! He kept me updated with lots of texts and photos while he walked Osito. And Osito loved him so much. I felt like my pup was not only in good hands but that he got to have a really fun time with Mario! Highly recommend.”

“Nathan walked our dog twice yesterday and also fed her. Communication was easy and all instructions were followed, leaving us with peace of mind and a happy dog. I’m wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to others.”

About: I was born and raised on a horse farm where I have always been surrounded by all kinds of animals. I have been riding horses since I was a baby. I was expected to be responsible for caring and cleaning up after them as soon I as I was physically able. I still care for and ride my horses daily. I also ride and train my mom’s horses. I’ve been barrel racing my whole life, and these horses are athletes, so it’s important they stay in shape. I also own 6 dogs and 2 cats. I love playing with them and teaching them cool things. I have had multiple jobs handling, being responsible for and caring for many different types animals. some people call me “Snow White” because of the obvious connection I have with them. I tend to gain their trust pretty easily and I genuinely enjoy forming connections with them. I’m currently working a few jobs but I work at my convenience so it is very flexible and easy to work around the needs of your pets. I am however in the National Guard, which requires me to be at drill once a month and two weeks over the summer. I care for my own animals daily, so I will need to be able to go home at least twice a day to make sure everyone’s good and fed. I love animals of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I am happy to do whatever it is they need, no matter how tedious. I take great pride in taking exceptional care of animals. You will never have to worry about the health and safety of your pets when they are in my hands. I will even keep you updated with daily photos! I always make sure to spend a little extra time with them so that they get the love they need to help cope with separating from you.
“Jessica is incredible! My pups are both recent rescues from pretty dire situations and have trouble trusting any humans besides myself and my partner. They loved Jessica right away. She has a caring, patient and calm nature. I would recommend Jessica to everyone! Thanks Jessica!”

About: I’ve owned dogs that I have actively taken care of for years now! Raising my own boxer puppy and helping out family and friends by dog sitting and taking care of dog their dogs for them! I’m currently a freshman at UB! My classes are pretty short and spread out throughout the day! I would have ample time to check on your dog multiple times day! I am also available almost every weekend! I can actively take your dog out, play with it, take it for walks! Whatever is needed to make sure your dog is in a good environment!
About: I've owned a small dogwalking/pet sitting business since 1999. I(Maria) am CPDT-KA certified in dog training as well. I've worked with all breeds of dogs, ages with many different dispositions. My husband & I moved from Brooklyn(where we had our biz since 2006) to New Paltz this summer. We are continuing to do personal & very limited boarding in our new home. I(Maria) am also offering private training sessions(in your home) . I specialize in puppy or newly adopted pups/dogs. Doggie care is part of my daily routine. I have 2 dogs of my own, both less energy less days, but still enjoy getting their walks & sniffs in. The very limited boarding means your dogs stay with our family, always supervised & leashed outside. We have many dogs beds but can bring your own.
“Rebecca is a Dream! She is super flexible and is a great communicator. She has walked Boscoe twice and he loves her. She is very prepared when she comes to walk him. I look forward to having Rebecca as our permanent dog walker!”

About: If you’d ask anyone in my life they will tell you I am a dog person more than human person. I’ve always had immense love for all dogs and do my best to play off their personality :). My three years of experience at a dog daycare/boarding facility has taught me patience with all dogs. I can provide feeding, walking, medicating (have cared for diabetics) and can be a temporary companion for your baby if needed :) While I was in my undergrad I had the wonderful experience of fostering a pitty mix from my local spca for 3 months. When we got him he was extremely underweight and was having a hard time in the shelter. I nursed him back to the happy guy he was all along and he’s now in a happy loving home 🖤 I’m currently working part time and taking classes as I am in the process of completing a masters program. I do not know the days I work week to week but am available to give services 3 times a day (7amish, 2pmish, and in the pm). My family dog is a grazer so we just put some food out for the day and he’ll eat whenever. If your pups have scheduled meals I’m 100% able to work with it. If your pup is high energy and my schedule is open I’m available to play with them, find a park or take them for a walk to give them enrichment. For those with reactive or babies that have a hard time trusting strangers, I completely understand and can work with that as well!!
About: Hello, I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 11 years old. From dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, you name it! I’ve trained many puppies and love everyone’s furry friends. Fun Fact my dog at home is scared of thunder, so I always sit in the bathtub with him until he’s ready to come out (photo included) I’ve also babysat and house sat for many years :) I have maximum 2 one hour classes a day with a 3 hour gap in between! So there will be plenty of time for me to take care of your furry friends!!! I live in a single room on campus with loads of space and two beds if the pets want to have a comfy space. When I have to leave for a class I play zen pet music to help calm them down if I have to leave!
