About: Hi, I'm restarting my animal care business. I want to ensure a stimulated experience with a swift pace and consistent disciplined walking style of what I like to refer to as "nose to toes," where the dogs stay no further than my toe, to my sides, or behind me. I also have experience with aggressive dog behavior, so if a single walk is necessary, I can do that. I have been in the animal care business for as long as I can remember, and I know Fairlington very well since I grew up here. I now live in Harper's Ferry in West Virginia. I will be able to track my walks with a phone app that will track your dog's walking pace, distance traveled, and the route we take. I usually do pack walks of 3-5 dogs depending on size, but I can do singles if needed. I'm also able to cat-sit/dog-sit and care for exotics and birds (no insects). I'm flexible because I have my own cleaning/organizing/declutter business. I wake up however early dog might need be let out or pet given meds, and give at least 3 long 30min-hour walks depending on the energy level and few let outs throught the day if needed for young pups or older if bladder is sensitive. Plenty of loves and can work on training or stimulated play time with toys and puzzles. I will be professional and not have any guests over ever, and always keep doors locked when not there and if plants need care I can help with watering. I have 4 animals myself so it's pretty automatic to just add another pet cuz I've cared for multiple animals at a time or drop in visits when needed throughout my day. Whatever the fmaily requests for schedule when to feed, medicate(if needed), amount of walks and play time needed to make sure they're healthy and stimulated. Whenever they're ready for bed, crate if needed requested by parents, and make sure they go outside(dogs) to ensure no accidents throughout the night. I give them just as much love and attention and play as my own. And feed round same schedule unless instructed otherwise. Giving exercise and play time when needed. And kept to routine of crating if owners instruct.

However, she went above and beyond to love on my dogs so they wouldn't be upset that I was gone. She communicated daily, sent pictures, and tailored her schedule around the dog's needs. Kathy was also flexible when the dogfood unexpectedly ran out and I had to order more while out of the country. She offered to get food for them locally and then modified their feeding schedule while waiting for the food shipment. Both dogs were happy and healthy when I got home and its clear they were well loved and taken care of. The house was also cleaner than when I left! About: Everyone calls me when they need a reliable and dedicated pair of hands to watch over their children. Yes, I treat every dog like a furry child. I've helped raise dogs from 6 weeks to 16 years old. The young and the old need a little more attention and I'm happy to help. Those terrible 2's just need extra attention, and I'm happy to provide that too! I love all animals and will probably treat the kids like royalty. I prefer the company of dogs than my friends, they could vouch for that! I'm both loving and also stern because I've raised both labs and pitties. They require different types of parenting techniques, and I am equipped to handle anything. I work full time, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. I'm happy to use my work breaks to check on animals for those who need the extra attention. My availability will be based around my work and my 2 kiddos at home. I can adjust weekly routines to incorporate pickup/drop offs, stop in visits, after work walks, or overnight stays. I treat dogs like they are our kids. I talk to them, I cuddle with them, and I use positive reinforcement to train good habits. I've helped raise a dozen dogs and each dog likes to show you how they like to be treated. I learned this lesson the hard way when I was raising dogs and had to learn different techniques to train each of them individually. Labs learn and function much different than bulldogs and pitbulls. I treat each dog the same regardless of size or attitude. Though I may give them some attitude when mouth off, like I do with my pitty at home (lol). I'm a safety first kind of person when it comes to our kids. So I tend to lean on the side of caution and extra equipment when interacting with most dogs. I always keep extra dogs supplies in my truck at all times as I have been known to that guy who stops traffic to try to rescue a dog. I've done this probably 6 or 7 times.
