About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since high school! I am comfortable and familiar with multiple pets at once and even some more eclectic animals like reptiles (turtles and snakes). I would only be able to come to your house to pet sit or walk, I would not be able to bring pets to my apt. I would only be able to pet sit in your home as I live in an apartment where I am unable to bring animals into my space.

“Having never been left alone since the passing of her brother (they used to board together in a kennel) we were concerned about what to do with our senior dog, Abby, during a 10-day trip to Europe. We turned to Rover.com since we felt staying in her familiar home would be better and Abby would receive more attention and activity. We reached out to Lauren who got back to us in minutes and arranged an in-home "meet and greet" visit. She and her partner came by to visit and we were immediately impressed with her kind way with Abby, her approach to staying here with Abby, and her experience taking care of dogs. We were very pleased with her care of Abby, the updates she would send us along with photos of Abby were very helpful, and it was nice to know they were all getting along well -- and at the same time, our home was being cared for along with Abby! They had car rides and visits and walks and Abby did very well with her new friends right in her own home. When we returned home, our place was clean and tidy, sheets were washed and folded, Abby was happy and doing well. Our neighbors told us how nice they were and that Abby was happy during her walks. We were very glad to have found Lauren and Ali and would not hesitate to have them stay with our little one in the future! Excellent care and support for our doggie and for us.”

About: Throughout my experience caring for animals, I’ve been responsible for a variety of daily pet-care needs, including feeding and providing fresh water, cleaning food and water bowls, maintaining clean living areas, giving pets attention and companionship, and making sure they are safe and comfortable. For cats and dogs, I’m comfortable with playtime, walks, bathroom breaks, litter box cleaning, and keeping them on their normal routines. For smaller pets like hamsters, I can provide food, fresh water, and habitat cleaning. I also have experience caring for fish, including feeding and maintaining a clean environment. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and routine so I can recognize when something seems unusual. I’m also happy to follow specific instructions from owners to make sure their pets receive consistent care while they’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. In a clients home, I’ll treat their space with the same respect I would want for my own. About: I’ve taken care of my dads friends dogs aswell as my own cat. I’ve fed, walked, etc.. I’d love to work with your pet! I’ve had my cat for 12 years and she’s well taken care of. This is currently my main priority as I’m going to college soon! I can do pretty much any days and any times!! Monday-Friday. 7Am- 9PM (just an example) I currently do not offer this ! But if i ever did I’d make sure your fur baby is as comfortable as my own. Thank you for trusting me!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a child. My family and I grew up with a family dog and then got a puppy in high school that we trained. Even would watch the neighbors pets when they went away. Most recently, I have watched/stayed with a dog when the family traveled. Love all animals, but especially dogs! I work from home and on my own schedule. I have the flexibility to take dogs on walks, bathroom breaks, and even stay with the pet when needed! Working for yourself has great perks when it comes to taking care of our lovely pets. I live in an apartment complex, but have sidewalks for walks. We also have two dog parks. I love staying active, so walks for me are enjoyable! I don’t have any pets of my own currently, so I love being able to love on others pets!

I live in Charles Town, WV with my two-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Louie, and two cats, Tatiana and Rudy — so your pet is walking into a home that already loves animals. I take a slow, easy approach to dog care. I let dogs sniff, wander, and just be themselves, whether we’re doing a neighborhood walk, a quick potty break, or a longer trail outing. Every walk is just two dogs at most, so your pup gets real time and attention. I always send photo updates along the way so you can see how they’re doing. I welcome dogs of all sizes who are friendly with other dogs, cats, and people. For boarding, I have a large fenced backyard and keep things small and relaxed — more like a home than a kennel. I also offer occasional house sitting for dogs who are happiest in their own space. I’d love to meet your pup! Feel free to reach out to check availability or set up a meet-and-greet. Fridays are my day off, so walks are unhurried and get my full attention. For boarding, I'm home all weekend, so any dog staying with me has someone around rather than sitting alone in an empty house. Dogs staying with me have access to a large fenced backyard and are never left alone outside. Inside, I keep a calm, low-stimulation environment. My Cavalier Louie lives here full time, so any boarding dog will be introduced to him gradually and supervised until I'm confident they're comfortable together. I do a meet and greet with Louie before confirming any boarding stay. For house sitting, I follow the owner's routine as closely as possible so the dog's environment feels as normal as it can while they're away. Photo updates are sent throughout any service.
