“Isa is an amazing sitter! She took care of my 3 kitties and house while I was away and kept me updated the whole time. My skittish cats warmed up to her right away! Would definitely book her again.”

“I'm so grateful to find Anna on Rover! She is very sweet and communicates really well which is very important to me when someone is with my babies! I highly recommend Anna if you need a pet sitter. She will really take the time to understand your pets needs.”

“Gina did a great job petsitting our cat and dog for an overnight at our house. In addition to scheduling a meet and greet before house-sitting, she kept us updated with her arrival and departure time and shared photo updates with us during the stay. Our place was clean and tidy when we returned, and our pets seemed happy and content!”

“Anna was amazing! Totally responsive (and quick to respond) even from the planning phase, as well as friendly and not just amenable but very positive about my super long shift request from the beginning. She was very communicative about schedule and details about my pup’s care, and even agreed to meet for a video chat to learn further details. Once she was here was EVEN better! My pup took to her immediately, manically excited the second she met Anna, and Anna not only took her craziness in stride, but showed immediate affection: I felt 100% confident that Makkachin would not only be safe and well cared for, bur would have a GREAT time. Anna made sure she knew every detail about Makkachin’s care and house rules before I left, and then gave Makkachin a fun day of walks and hikes, play times, greetings with other dogs, and plenty of couch cuddles. 🥰. On top of that, Anna is a certified dog trainer and has experience working at a doggy daycare as well as with her own dogs. Makkachin absolutely loved and adored her, and I also enjoyed chatting with cool, friendly Anna. I will definitely use her again, and you should too! You’ll be glad that you did. :)”

“Jadyn was AWESOME!! She came in very last minute and was super flexible with timing. She opted to stay overnight with my pets, seeing as our dog is hyper and cat had recently suffered a stroke. She took care of them so well, I felt very comfortable! She went above and beyond, making sure they were not only cared for, but having a good time! Highly recommend having her petsit for you, the daily pictures and videos were an added bonus (communication was stellar), will book with her again!”

“Amber is wonderful. She house sat/ pup sat for us for 4 nights and did a wonderful job. Not only did our pups accept her as one of the family, but she took excellent care of our home as well going above and beyond our expectations. We appreciated the pictures of our pups and she was great at communicating with us while we were gone. We will definitely be asking Amber to watch our pups in the future.”

“Sophia is a jewel. She was great with Lovey my mini Sheepadoodle. Lovey’s used to a lot of attention and is a little on the skiddish side. But they did great together. Sophia is responsible and very engaged. I returned home after 5 days and she had gotten my mail, met up a plumber I had to call and most important Lovey was happy . No issues at all. She ate every meal from day one which never happens. I will absolutely be calling Sophia again!!”

About: I just started doing this because my dog was attacked while I was on vacation and I never want anyone to feel that pain in loosing their best friend like I did. My pup and I get up around 7:30 and he goes out and gets breakfast and water and we walk around the property… sometimes we go to the park in the afternoon and find a trail to walk… and then he eats again at 5:30/6 depending on when I get home from errands after lunch… not to mention the occasional game of fetch while I’m home… also I’d need to know of any allergies or meds you give your dogs and the types of foods treats and games they like… each dog has their own personalities so it’s always hard to tell It depends on the owner.. if ur cool with me being at ur house or if the dogs would come to my place … I do have a yard but it’s not fenced so if the dogs go out they are put on a tie out and I don’t leave them out alone (unless it’s my pup but he’s trained) …. A typical day would also depend on what the dogs schedule is. Dogs are creatures of routine so taking them out of that routine would mess with theor confidence while their owner is away so I’d prefer to know more about the daily routines you have and work my day around that the best I can…

“Adelena was wonderful with our furry friends! We were happy with the updates we received while out of town. She even took the dogs for a hike! We would definitely invite Adelena back to our home for pet care.”

About: With two years of professional dog care experience and a giant 90lb dog of my own, I am very well equipped to handle your furry friends. I’ve cared for the tiniest Shih Tzus to elderly Terriers and even giant fluffy retrievers. With tricks like hiding pills in cheese to basic leash training tactics, I have lots of variable experience with the most stubborn of dogs. I’m a fresh high school graduate about to be college student at UTK, so I have all summer to care for your pets around the clock! Weekends, weekdays, morning or nights are all great times to hang out with furry friends. I work really hard the first time meeting an animal to establish trust, so tasks like baths, brushing, nail trimming, or medication giving aren’t so hard later. Additionally, I understand that sometimes our pets miss us or are afraid of the average garbage truck, and I do my best to give them extra love and affection during those hard times.

About: I have experience of dog sitting and walking dogs outside. I would love playing with your dog or cat. I would love to pet sit. My Summer is a open book as I am planning on pet sitting and walking dogs during the summer. I am planning on doing pet care until the next school year as I am a Instructional Assistant during the school year. I would try to bond with your pets in the best way. I make sure that they are very protective. I care for your pets.

About: i took care of my dog (and cat) as soon as i was old enough to! i would walk my dog daily, feed both my cat and dog, let them out for potty breaks, and clean my cats litter box! my uncle also employed me multiple times to house sit and watch his two >75lb (young) black labs! I’m currently working part time, so my availability to care for your furry friend is super high!! I am at your beck and call!! It would be my absolute pleasure to visit your furry friends, especially since I’m a college kid, and I can’t currently have any pets of my own! I am very comfortable using a crate and walking a dog on a leash!! I’m not easily intimidated and love love love big dogs! I am able to do well with the resources i’m given!!

About: I have two dogs at home—a German Shepherd and a Maltese—so I’m experienced with both large and small breeds. My German Shepherd has an anxious personality, which has taught me a lot about reading a dog’s body language, building trust, and handling different temperaments with patience and care. My Maltese, on the other hand, is more easygoing and playful, so I understand how to adapt to a dog’s individual needs. Whether it’s active playtime or calm companionship, I’m confident in caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’m an engineering student, so my schedule can get busy, but I’m really good at managing my time. I’ve had my German Shepherd with me for the past two years, so I’ve gotten used to fitting pet care into my daily routine, walks, feeding, playtime, and everything in between. Taking care of pets has actually become a nice break from schoolwork, and I always make sure they get the attention and care they need. Whether at my home or a client’s, I stick to the pet’s routine to help them feel safe and comfortable. I make sure they have fresh water, food, and a clean space, plus lots of love and attention. With two dogs of my own, I’m used to adjusting care based on each pet’s needs and personality.

“Ever since I have known Ali, she has had a dog. While she has never pet sat for me (I do not own any pets - I have kids instead) I have been around her and her dogs. She has been a great pet mom and takes the time to work with and train the dogs in her care with patience and attentive care. Due to her love for her own dog(s) I feel like she would be a great sitter for another human's fur babies.”

Sarah M.
“Sarah stayed at our house and kept our 2 dogs for a week at the beginning of June and I can't recommend her enough. Whiskey is our 2 year old yorkie and Charlie is our 16 year old cairn terrier who is deaf and almost blind and Sarah provided the perfect amount of structure for Whiskey and caring for Charlie. She was aware of their needs and schedules and was attune to if there was anything else needed. Sarah picked up immediately that Whiskey wants to be wherever you are, sitting in your lap and doing whatever you are doing. She also picked up quickly that Charlie needs a different level of care and patience (due to her age and being deaf and almost blind) as well as a fine balance between doing for her and letting her do it herself. Sarah sent pictures of the dogs throughout the week and you could tell that they were both happy and loved which is such a peace of mind when you can't be with them yourself. Sarah also left our house spotless when she left, washed the dishes she used, took out the trash and offered to wash our sheets. I seriously can't recommend Sarah enough!”

Susannah D.
“Susannah is my niece and has a warm and special heart for animals. I have two labs, Sammy (the sweet calm one) and Tiffany (the sweet crazy one). She loves both of them and every time we needed someone to dog sit, Susannah was the first person we would ask. My dogs love her so much and always are very excited to she her. She takes exquisite care of them and not only feeds them and takes care of them, but spends time with them and shows them love. I highly recommend her for any job that requires taking care of animals.”
