When we aren't hanging out in that room, our house has hardwood floors with many rugs to keep paws stable, and tons of dog beds(of all sizes) scattered around for comfort. For potty times, I have a spacious fenced-in yard with plenty of shade! Meal times are at your pet's schedule! I make sure to follow any feeding and medication schedules you provide. My husband works from home, so if I am delayed due to traffic from an errand or such, he can let the pups out to potty or give time-sensitive medications/feedings. Pups are crated or placed in a separate room for Meal times and during Potty rotations to ensure no one gets too rowdy and no one becomes aggressive over their food. I currently work full time from home so I can watch them during the week day in my home and let out for potty breaks often! I can go to your home on weekends anytime and during the week after 4 pm. I have 2 very friendly dogs who love fur friends! And we have one girl who only loves her fur siblings but she keeps to herself and I will keep her separated from your animal. I have 42 acres to take your dog on long walks and play in our field. I will leash walk your dog at my house. We do let our dogs sleep in our bed so if your fur baby is used to that they are more then welcomed to sleep in our bed. If not we have an extra crate for night time.

From housetraining puppies to caring for aging senior dogs, I have experience with a range of personalities/quirks and am very comfortable with large or hyperactive dogs and rescues. My older Beagle, who I cared for for more than 13 years, had a seizure disorder and in the final months of her life, we administered IV sub-Q fluids to her every 2-3 days, so I have experience with caring for pups with medical needs and I can administer medication. I also have 5 years of experience volunteering in a high-volume animal shelter, working predominantly with large dogs, so I understand how animals might behave when they are in a stressful environment and interacting with an unfamiliar person. I strive to provide a stress-free, comforting environment while you are away so please let me know what your pup loves the most! What you can expect: — Time outdoors, playing or on leashed walks — Cuddles and belly rubs — Lots of (approved) treats — Every effort to stick to your pet’s routine and establish clear boundaries! I can provide in-home doggy day care and boarding with a prior meet and greet* if your dog gets along with the two dogs in our home. About: I have been a dog lover all of my life and know how important their care is. Dogs are just part of the family! I love getting to know each dogs personality and figure go above and beyond to consider the needs of a variety of pups. I have a flexible schedule allowing me to provide constant care for your pup. I am interested in meeting and caring for all types of dogs, big/small, puppy or seniors! I can be as flexible as possible and will be honest about your pup’s care. I will treat your fur-babes like part of the family. We have a fenced in yard and If your pup is more comfortable as part of the pack, they are invited in to have the run of the house with our family dogs. We love dogs and will try to accommodate any special requests. Available to check in on your pups every 4 hours (m-f) and spend weekends all day with your dogs! I can check in with your pups every 3-4 hours during the day and be there to stay after 4 pm. I prioritize feeding and potty schedules to make sure there are little to no changes in their routines. I care for your pets like they are my own. Figuring out they’re behaviors and personalities is important to me. Some dogs need lots of love and attention and others like their space, either way they’ll be in great hands.

Home checks, extended visits and overnight stays are available. I have pets of my own. I have house sat for family friends and filled in for people at horse farms when they are out of town. “If I could give six stars, I would. My pup stayed with Hillary and family for 5 days and I have never had a less stressful boarding experience. Hillary let my pup have time to get used to the property and meet the family before I left. She made space for my dog and her dog to eat separately. The farm and home are beautiful and well maintained. She sent pictures daily showing my pup out and about and enjoying fun experiences. I think my pup thought she was at some farm resort for dogs. Will call Hillary first anytime I need a place for my pup to be safe and happy when I travel.”

“I have so many beautiful things to say about Mary and her family! You can see the love in that house from the start, and she was so understanding about the personal needs of my dog. My dog was a rescue and can be easily intimidated, which makes her a little edgy, but she was given the space and love she needed, and seemed to thrive at their home. She sent photo updates and kept me in the loop the whole time, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the trip I was on. When I got back, my dog didn’t even seem like she was anywhere but home. She was such a happy girl. I’m so so so so grateful I found Mary!! I’ll be taking a trip next month and will definitely use her again. Really can’t say enough about her. About: With a lifelong background in dog care — starting with my dad raising dogs and me helping care for 17 growing up — I’ve always had a special connection with animals. I now have three dogs of my own and bring that same love, patience, and experience to every pet I look after I’m currently working part-time and looking to spend more of my days doing something I love — caring for dogs! Since my schedule is very flexible, I can easily adjust my work hours and make time whenever your pets need me. Spending time with dogs truly brightens my day, so fitting pet care into my routine is something I enjoy, not just a job. my home, I have a fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely play and enjoy the outdoors. I also have three friendly, well-behaved dogs who love meeting new friends! If a quieter environment is needed, I can easily crate my dogs to make sure every pet feels comfortable and secure. “Katie was more than amazing! I have left our Doberman, Roxy, at various kennels, and other Rover sitters, but Roxy would seem anxious or would get sick after I picked her up from those places. Not with Katie! I felt that our furry friend was with family. It was clear that our naturally anxious dog has made a friend. She seemed happy and content and although she was excited to see me, she was not anxious or rushing to leave Katie's place.
