She sent photos of them playing and having fun in her yard while we were away which put our minds at ease about leaving them in a new place. When we picked them up they were happy and healthy. She responded immediately to all text messages, even talking to me on the phone to ease my nervousness about how Rover works before we booked (this was our first time using Rover). When I realized that I had entered the wrong time for pick up, she was very accommodating and took care of the change in Rover for me. We will definitely use her for our next trip!”

“Thank you Kathleen for caring for my older furbaby, Zip! Kathleen was very communicative and sent pics with update of my dog while in her care. I have a 12 y.o. Cattle dog that is nearly deaf and almost blind and hasn't been socialized a whole lot with other dogs, so I liked the fact that Kathleen only takes one client at a time. My dog took to her and her dog Cassie immediately. I'm not from the area and was just visiting my son, so having my dog in Kathleen's care gave me much reassurance. She could tell my dog is kid-friendly, and let him interact with her family freely, which means a great deal to my dog. After several days of boarding him, Sully was calm and happy upon reuniting with me. I cannot give a higher recommendation.”

“Nicole was an absolute dream sitter for Pepper. Pepper was taken on several walks and was always in a comfortable environment. Nicole updated me throughout the days with texts and photos showing me how well pepper was getting along with her family and how happy pepper was. “Linda was FANTASTIC! My wife and I am very protective of our French Bulldog, Penny. We rarely leave her alone and never for 9 days. But we had a vacation cruise booked and had to find a sitter for Penny. We were both very nervous leaving her anywhere for so long. But Linda put us to ease after meeting her and touring her home. She has a large backyard and I personally walked the perimeter (twice!) carefully looking for any holes or places a small dog could weasel out. It's secure! One thing we really appreciated was that Linda works from home and was with Penny the entire time. We got updates and pictures daily and that helped us relax and enjoy our vacation. Penny got lots of love and attention and care. Most important to us, she was safe. Thank you Linda! We will be back.”
