About: I have had pets most of my life. Mostly cats at first, but more recently (about four years ago) me and my family decided to get a black lab puppy that we raised with a lot of love and care. I was the main person responsible for training, playing with and exercising him, and he grew to be an amazing dog! I have dog sitten for friends, taking care of both cats and dogs, and have always made sure to provide plenty of love and entertainment for all those furry friends. I work full time in an office setting, but have the ability to work remotely when needed, all I need is my computer and headset. That makes my schedule pretty flexible, so I can easily fit it care for your pet! I am extremely good at following the instructions I am given on how I should handle pets and (if needed) household items. I will meet whatever schedule I am given, and always make sure to leave everything the way I found them. I am very patient with shy animals and playful with active ones. The time I go to work and return home has some flexibility. I work from home Wednesday and Friday and have a little more flexibility on those days. I’m available most weekends too. I can accommodate your needs to the best of my ability. I am open to house sitting and overnights as well as walks. I’m comfortable providing care for all types of pets. I have a very large crate at my house if a house stay requires the pet be crated. I’m happy to stay at a house if need be to provide care. I have two cats at my house that I would keep separate if I were pet sitting at my own house.

About: Hi everyone!! My name is Sherine! I love dogs and cats..well…pretty much all animals. I have taken care of a family members dog, by bringing it into my home when they were away, as well as stopping by their place to feed and walk their dog. I have sent pictures to update the family member in regards to when the dog was picked up, dropped off and photos of their walk. I understand the need to know because I would want to know ☺️ I am now going to be off for the rest of March except for like one or two days; unless something changes. Then I will update everything here! My schedule then by April will be open from 1:30 to 7:30. Please do not hesitate to reach out…you know how life is..one second ur floating and the next your saying what happened lol. I have an enclosed balcony for easy outdoor access and I have a room to host a dog or a cat. I have two male cats of my own who are very good with other animals.

I’ve had experience watching dogs of all ages, from grumpy seniors with medication to lively puppies who need extra clean up time, to anxious Covid babies. I am very detail-oriented as I respect that each dog has their personal routine and want to ensure that not much is disrupted for them when I visit/stay. I work fully remotely, so I'm flexible to working with your pet's schedule when housesitting. I'm available for afternoon walks, or to come to housesit from the evenings usually. I'm also willing to travel to housesit (I've travelled to DC before!), though this would require travel coverage as part of compensation. ***For house sits of 1 week or longer, I ask owners to support in covering my meals. Gift cards or a stocked fridge are very much appreciated! *** I tend to ask clients for a document with their pet's daily routine, and how their behaviours are. I will care for your pets as you would advise to care for them in order to maintain consistency and not confuse them. Afterall, I am the guest in staying in their space should I be housesitting. For walks and drop-ins, I would like to also respect your pet's routine and ensure that they are comfortable and at ease.

Lily did a great job following the instructions on how to feed them and it was nice returning from a long weekend away to a clean home- clean cat bowls, clean litter box, clean eating area, etc! I cannot thank Lily enough and I will be hiring her again soon!”
