“This was our second time using Deanne and both times we gave her challenging circumstances which she handled exceptionally well!! This time…Our daughter was getting married so it was a busy and important weekend for us. One of our dogs was several weeks out from major surgery on both legs, on several medications and restrictions as well as needs for exercise and assistance. And, to add to the challenge she started her first heat cycle just as we were leaving and couldn’t have her therapy that week to help with her mobility and pain as a result . One of our other dogs has major anxiety issues so transitions can be hard for her as can simple things like noises and walks. Deanne handled all of this with ease and professionalism and Her updates were timely and helped us to enjoy the wedding without worrying a bit about the pets. We returned home to very happy pets. Deanne does an awesome job as a house and pet sitter and we wish there were more than 5 stars to give her. She is exceptional!! We will always use her in the future!”

“Brittany took care of my 2 senior dogs while we were away for 3 days. One of our dogs requires meds 3 times a day, and she is an over reactive dog. Brittany handled a situation with another dog that was off leash very effectively! My dog does not like other dogs, and she picked up my dog to avoid a potentially dangerous situation. Overall she took very good care of their needs, even walking them a couple times a day when she could have just let them in the fenced yard. I would definitely recommend Brittany to watch over your pets and give them the best of care.”

About: I began doing pet sitting in 2016 for family & friends, and that was most of my sitting experience until I began my dog training certification. Now I’ve been in pet care professionally for two years, and have had my dog trainer certification for half of that. My weeks are based around pet care. I do it full-time and have a customizable schedule based around my various clients & appointments. I have special hours available at request. I make sure to get an exact outline of what is expected/allowed for the pet, and am not shy about requesting elaboration if there’s any confusion on my part. Additionally, I like to do what I can to keep them mentally stimulated with games, activities, and some light obedience training/reinforcement so they can hopefully carry that good behavior over to their daily life.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I’ve worked at pet stores and currently work at a Doggy Daycare and Boarding facility (Love Unleashed, St. Louis) while at university. I want to make pets feel the least amount of stress as possible, while their humans are away. I want to give them Love, Security, and Fun. For this Summer, I’m available after 6pm Monday -Thursday. And anytime Friday- Sunday until August 20th when I head back to University. I will be completely available for Pet sitting in the Lake County area during the winter holidays. Each situation is different so the amount of time spent with a pet will be dictated by the pet parent. Whatever your fur baby needs is what I will give them. If I am house sitting, I will respect your space and follow the rules and standards that you set. I will ensure fences are latched and leashes are secured. Each pet will have their individual needs met.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was probably around ten years old. Making sure they are fed, played with, and petted are all ways to show them they are pampered and loved, and that’s something I strive to do! I work a part time job, but I can always do my best to make my schedule flexible. The only unchanging thing I have is going to the gym for about an hour, but I will always come right back! My service is completely up to you! If your furry friend needs to go in the kennel for a little bit, I can do that. If he or she needs to be walked for an hour every day, I can absolutely do that as well. Once again, my service ends wherever you need it to!
