We received cute photo updates of her cuddled on the couch, sunning on the patio, playing with their dog, and enjoying evening walks. Jairo is very experienced and patient with dogs and is a natural at reading dog behavior and providing safety and comfort in his home. We even had a couple of meet and greets to discuss my dog’s personality ahead of the trip and to ensure my dog got along with his animals. He appropriately introduced his animals to mine, and it gave us reassurance that our dog would be in good hands. Everyone became fast friends! She was so spoiled and loved! About: One of my favorite times of the day is the quiet morning walks with my two pups. Besides my own fuzzy babies, I have experience fostering many types of dogs and cats throughout the years. In college I worked for a pet sitting service. I am also CPR certified for cats, dogs, and humans alike. Rest assure your pets will be taken care of like my own when you are away. I am currently homeschooling my daughter, so early mornings and late afternoon/evenings will be when I am typically available for drop-ins and walks. My schedule is typically more flexible on weekends and holidays. The pups I board will have lots of attention from myself and my daughter throughout the day. I will making sure all doors and windows stay locked. My backyard is fully fenced in. Safety is always my number one priority. On walks, your dog(s) will always be leashed. They will get clean, fresh water at all time. I will clean up after your pets immediately, wash any pet-related dishes or bedding before you return.

About: I am experienced with training and caring for dogs, and have experience watching and caring for cats, rabbits, goats, horses, chickens, ducks, and various birds. I have experience caring for and grooming pets. I have a poodle, and afghan at home, and have experience grooming many breeds, including but not limited to retrievers, Pomeranians, schnauzers, doodles, and cats. I have a fenced yard, kennel dogs at night, and keep all food in sealed containers. I’m also capable of administering medication. I have been taking care of animals for over 25 years, and I love making them feel at home and loved. About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for a very long time you can even say my whole life. I’ve raised cats, dogs, birds, chinchillas, even a chameleon from babies to adults. I’ve potty trained many puppies, taught them tricks, and even cared for pregnant mommas with puppies. Cats are more of my specialty though i’ve litter box trained them, taught them to walk on a leash, tamed feral cats/kittens. I also volunteer from time to time at the Acadiana Animal Aid shelter helping care for cats/dogs in need of homes. I’m currently working full-time. I work an 8 hour day normally from 8 am - 5 pm, my hours are flexible though. I also have a 1 hour lunch I can take. I’m completely free most weekends. I have a mostly fenced yard where my dog Huck loves to play, it is a little small but we make do with the space we have. My dog and cats gets fed twice a day morning/evening. If I’m caring for an animal in a clients home I can visit in the mornings/lunch/evenings depending on the care needed.

About: I've been a proud pet parent to several fur babies over the years and have always been the go-to helper for family and friends. I’ve also had the joy of fostering puppies through our local rescue. I truly believe our pets are family and understand the importance of treating them with that respect. I live in Abbeville but work in Broussard so I can be available in multiple areas! I work a typical 8 to 5 full-time Monday through Friday so deoending on your location depends on when I can do walks or check-ins. My schedule can be some what flexible at times if scheduled ahead of time. If boarding, we prefer dogs be crate trained while we are at work until we get to know them and see they are okay to be left loose in the house. I have a large yard, two dogs (inside) and a cat (outside). Our pups are trained to stay in the parameters of our yard and leashed trained as well. Their crates are available if they would like to sleep in them but aren't locked often unless staying in a place that requires them to be when we travel or we have other pets with us that may require them to be.
