“Jairo boarded our dog in his home while we were traveling over the weekend. He and his wife were very attentive to my dog’s needs, and treated her like their own. We received cute photo updates of her cuddled on the couch, sunning on the patio, playing with their dog, and enjoying evening walks. Jairo is very experienced and patient with dogs and is a natural at reading dog behavior and providing safety and comfort in his home. We even had a couple of meet and greets to discuss my dog’s personality ahead of the trip and to ensure my dog got along with his animals. He appropriately introduced his animals to mine, and it gave us reassurance that our dog would be in good hands. Everyone became fast friends! She was so spoiled and loved! About: I recently moved to Lafayette and do not live with any animals currently, but I grew up with cats/dogs my entire life and would love help out while I finish my degree. All my school is online so I am very flexible with my schedule and will also work nights/weekends. I’m currently full time online in school so I am very open and flexible to take care of any pets at anytime, including nights/weekends. I make sure to carefully read the instructions from the client and ensure I am doing everything that is asked. If we need to meet before hand, I am more than willing to do that as well, but I have been around animals my entire life and have never had any issues.

About: I love dogs and care for them like they are my own. I will play with the dogs and let them run outside in the back yard Im working a full time job but home often. Dogs have a back yard to run around and play when I get home. And I have other dogs I have a fenced in yard, that when I get home from work I let all the dogs out and play with eachother before I feed them

Sampson seemed very comfortable and happy when we dropped him off and picked him up. I felt comfortable that she would watch and care for the same as we would. About: I've been a proud pet parent to several fur babies over the years and have always been the go-to helper for family and friends. I’ve also had the joy of fostering puppies through our local rescue. I truly believe our pets are family and understand the importance of treating them with that respect. I live in Abbeville but work in Broussard so I can be available in multiple areas! I work a typical 8 to 5 full-time Monday through Friday so deoending on your location depends on when I can do walks or check-ins. My schedule can be some what flexible at times if scheduled ahead of time. If boarding, we prefer dogs be crate trained while we are at work until we get to know them and see they are okay to be left loose in the house. I have a large yard, two dogs (inside) and a cat (outside). Our pups are trained to stay in the parameters of our yard and leashed trained as well. Their crates are available if they would like to sleep in them but aren't locked often unless staying in a place that requires them to be when we travel or we have other pets with us that may require them to be.
