About: I've been blessed to foster more than 20 dogs over the past couple of years. I know training basics, have a big backyard, and currently have two of my own dogs who love to play. I am currently not working so I am free the majority of the time. This allows there to be little to no crating required during the day. I have a large fenced in backyard for free play and zoomies. Inside I have dog beds and toys and a lap for cuddling. My two dogs are friendly and have had plenty of exposure to other dogs through my fostering.

“Our 70lb puppy can be a handful! We know. Lol. He is such a sweet dog, but might have a bit of an unhealthy attachment to his family. He definitely developed some big anxiety along the way and we have had difficulty kenneling him anymore. He needs some special attention to help calm him and he needs to know he's loved. We almost had to cancel our trip, but Tabitha agreed at the last minute for a meet and greet since he had never been around cats. She agreed to board him after we saw he was unfazed by the cats. She definitely cared for him very well! He didn't come home traumatized from being separated from us. He is active and moving as if nothing ever happened! He has a mean bark, but if you can get past it, you'll see he is just very protective and can be just so sweet. Tabitha went out of her way to make him feel at home!!! About: I have loved all animals from a young age but have an especially soft spot for dogs. I have worked with a pitbull rescue in the past, volunteered at rescue events and shelters and my sister has been a vet tech for over a decade. I’m currently looking for a full time job. But would hope to do this part time. The part time hours will depend on when you need me. I have an indoor dog named Lilly. She is well taken care of. About: I currently have two dogs. My miniature Aussie, Bonnie, is a 12 year old pup who I have had since she was a puppy. My other pup is a black lab named Spade and she is 13 years old. About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for a very long time you can even say my whole life. I’ve raised cats, dogs, birds, chinchillas, even a chameleon from babies to adults. I’ve potty trained many puppies, taught them tricks, and even cared for pregnant mommas with puppies. Cats are more of my specialty though i’ve litter box trained them, taught them to walk on a leash, tamed feral cats/kittens. I also volunteer from time to time at the Acadiana Animal Aid shelter helping care for cats/dogs in need of homes. I’m currently working full-time. I work an 8 hour day normally from 8 am - 5 pm, my hours are flexible though. I also have a 1 hour lunch I can take. I’m completely free most weekends. I have a mostly fenced yard where my dog Huck loves to play, it is a little small but we make do with the space we have. My dog and cats gets fed twice a day morning/evening. If I’m caring for an animal in a clients home I can visit in the mornings/lunch/evenings depending on the care needed.
About: I’ve been loving and caring for animals since my parents got me my bird at 2 years old. My absolute love and dedication to his care kick started my life of loving animals, starting out with volunteering for several years at Acadiana Animal Aid and fostering cats and dogs through them as well. About: I’ll take your pets to parks or their favorite store. Food, water, and regular walks aren’t enough for some dogs. If your dog likes to fetch, I can throw their favorite toy. My own dog is quite needy, so I spend quite a bit of time appeasing her. I am currently applying to schools and jobs, so I have plenty of time to spare for your pet! I am an open communicator with clients. If you need me to administer medication, I’m capable of that. I am not formulaic, and can address each pet’s needs on a case-to-case basis.

“Our 70lb puppy can be a handful! We know. Lol. He is such a sweet dog, but might have a bit of an unhealthy attachment to his family. He definitely developed some big anxiety along the way and we have had difficulty kenneling him anymore. He needs some special attention to help calm him and he needs to know he's loved. We almost had to cancel our trip, but Tabitha agreed at the last minute for a meet and greet since he had never been around cats. She agreed to board him after we saw he was unfazed by the cats. She definitely cared for him very well! He didn't come home traumatized from being separated from us. He is active and moving as if nothing ever happened! He has a mean bark, but if you can get past it, you'll see he is just very protective and can be just so sweet. Tabitha went out of her way to make him feel at home!!! She is definitely a very loving animal person and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and again!! Thank you Tabitha!”
