“I was nervous leaving my cocker spaniel, Hedwig at a daycare for the first time. I wasn’t sure how he would behave with other dogs without a leash. During a meet and greet with Beth she put me at ease pointing out the positive behavior Hedwig was behaving with the other dogs. While on my ten day vacation, she sent me a video of Hedwig wanting to play with another dog as well as 3 pictures of him relaxing and he looked happy. He even slept under her bed at night. While we were away, Sylvie kept us updated on how our dogs were doing and sent two videos of our dogs running around, playing. The videos were priceless. The puppies were having a blast! Usually I feel separation anxiety but this time round I didn’t as I was assured that Cheddar was in great hands! They made sure to understand Cheddar’s routine and follow through to the dot. Seth also made sure to send daily updates so that we don’t miss out on all the fun he had during boarding. By the way Seth is a great photographer, we gained lots of poster photos for our boy thanks to him!
