About: I’ve always had a special bond with my three cats—Gizmo, Poopoo, and Julian—and they’re truly my best friends. Gizmo, being a senior cat, has taught me the importance of giving extra love and attention to older pets, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-cared for. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience caring for cats of all ages, including administering medication and catering to their unique needs. I’m also well-versed in caring for dogs, whether it’s walking them or giving medicine when needed. My passion for animals drives me to treat every pet as if they were my own, providing them with the care and attention they deserve while their owners are away. I'm currently working part time as a server and attending school at WT! I create my own schedule at work and take mostly online classes so I have a lot of free time during the days. Although some days may be busier than others, I will always be communicative about my commitments and I understand the importance of prioritizing your pets when you book with me. When I care for pets in your home, I prioritize maintaining their routine and environment, so they feel as comfortable as possible while you are away. For cats, I offer drop-in visits where I handle everything from feeding and litter box cleaning to playtime and just offering some companionship. I also make sure to check on their hydration levels and give them any necessary medications with care. For dogs, I offer drop-in visits as well, which include feeding, walking, and playtime. I understand how important it is to give dogs the exercise and attention they need, so I make sure each walk is both enjoyable and stimulating. Whether it’s a cat enjoying some quiet time or a dog getting out for a good walk, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while they’re in their own home.

We have 2 dogs with very different personalities and Kara has really worked too create a positive environment for both of them by attending to them individually. Kara has administered medications to our dogs as well as picked up after them and provides them lots of love. Our dogs are always excited to see Kara and we feel extra confident to leave them with such a compassionate, honest and capable sitter. It is an honor to highly recommend Kara as an animal lover of all kinds as well as a Fantastic human you can trust in your home with your fur babies.”

We also love receiving photos and updates while we are away!”

11. Brooke C.
About: I have been taking care of animals for over 35 years. Everything from dogs, cats, chickens, fish, birds, cattle, horses.... you name it, I love them all! I am experienced with senior animals as well as giving them medication and special attention. I am available for early morning, lunch and evening walks and pet care throughout the weekdays and full-time availability on weekends. Please don't hesitate to contact with any requests. My schedule is pretty flexible. I have 3 large dogs now who love being a part of anything I’m doing. Indoors, outdoors, rain or shine, they are a part of the family in every way they can be. They all have totally different personalities, just like kids, and all have their unique traits. Two of them are rescues, that I’ve had since they were 4 weeks old. I am also very familiar with cats and farm animals from helping my family and family friends growing up and through college and beyond. I would care for your fur baby like it's my own.

About: I have spent my entire life around dogs and cats. I have always owned at least one or two. My husband and I currently have two dogs and a cat right now. I am familiar with routines, meds, and the gentle nature it requires to be apart of a pet's life. As a pet owner, I know personally how important it is to know that your best furry friend is being taken care of and safe while your are out of town or extra busy. I will meet with you prior to pet sitting, to get the most detailed information on the care of your pets. I provide up to 3x daily checks and short walks.

14. Marie G.

About: My name is Marie Garcia, I've recently got moved from full time to part time at my job so I was looking to make a little extra income. I work from 6am to 11am at the post office but am usually up by 4. 16. Bree T.
About: Hello! I have been around and taken care of animals my whole life. From caring for my own animals to pet sitting neighbors and friends family members. I’ve cared for many different types of animals such as farm and in house pets even a few reptiles! My knowledge for caring for animals is wide and I know what to look out for if any sickness were to occur. My sister is a vet as well which allows me to have quick access if something were to go wrong. I am a work from home student. My remote job is strictly online and does not have a set schedule. My student classes are also online and are a few hours long at night 3x a week. I have a kitty and dog at my apartment so outside time, walks, and enrichment play are a part of my everyday routine! I am on the equestrian team here at OSU which does take up weird times of my day but I am never gone for more than a few hours at a time if that. While I am in a studio apartment I have a good amount of space to house another dog or cat or other pet. Unfortunately I do not have a yard but I do have a balcony that looks out to a tree filled field which keeps my dog loves to watch! I have my own car and am able to travel to your location to care for your pet as well!

17. Anna V.
