2. Alexis S.
“Alexis has been our pet sitter for years! She is delightful to work with, always sends us updates and pictures, and makes sure our babies are all well cared for. We have 2 large dogs, 5 cats, a bird, and lots of fish at home and she goes above and beyond to make sure they are all taken care of to the highest standard. We have never had any issues, and will absolutely have her pet sit for us in the future when we go on trips throughout the year. You truly cannot go wrong hiring Alexis to care for your pets!”
3. Kyleen W.
“Kyleen is absolutely wonderful! She even left some little Valentines presents for my girl this week 💕 Excellent communication and highly recommend!!!”
4. Jill F.
“Jill is Amazing! Communication with me was on point. She followed instructions to the tee! Jill is just a down to earth personable person and I am so glad I found her here on Rover! Next time I am in town for work, I will bring her back to my pups in a heartbeat!”
5. Brooke D.
“Brooke has cared for my pets (1 dog, 1 cat) on multiple occasions. This consists of drop-in and overnight care. My pets love Brooke, even my temperamental cat that hates most humans. She is a true animal lover and is always sure to follow our guidelines and requests. My only complaint is that my dog totally ignores me as soon as Brooke arrives.”
6. Taylor B.
“Taylor is spot on in her ability to identify the unique and individual of every animal/pet she interacts and cares for. For example if they are active she will run, play and develop a special game. Understanding they may need special attention she will snuggle and love them. She always pays close attention to appearance as well and will make certain they are groomed. Her nickname is Dr Dolittle”

About: My whole life I've wanted to work with animals. Currently I’m a vet tech, I went to school for 2 years for it. I love all animals so dogs, cats, birds, pocket pets, and reptiles are all exceptional for me to take care of! I've owned dogs, reptiles, and right now have 2 cats of my own. Whether it's a check in on your pet while you're at work, or a month of house sitting while you're on vacation, I can help! Thank you for considering me. <3 Like stated before I a full time vet tech but I do have certain days of the week off to care for your pets! Take a peak at my calendar to see my availability. You can always reach out to me too if you need more details. I’ll do drop ins and overnight house sitting in your home to keep your pet as comfortable as possible. If it’s a walk we can go wherever they normally enjoy walking to.

10. Amy R.
About: I have spent my life with pets. I've fostered for rescue, worked with several pet food companies and am very educated in pet nutrition. I've volunteered at my local humane society. I'm an experienced pet handler and have worked with a pet relocation company providing boarding and long distance ground transportation. I have and excellent knowledge of dog breeds and breed specific behavior and needs. I treat every animal I work with as if he/she were my own. All animals in my care are treated as royalty. I have a special love for senior and special needs dogs and always welcome them for services. I will always treat your pet as a member of the family and take extra special care when taking them on dogs walks and transporting them. I'm bonded and insured and a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters I work from home part-time so I'm always home for daycare and boarding. I also have the flexibility to do drop-in visits and petsitting in your home In home boarding and daycare are cage free. Pups are crated at night for sleeping depending on how many dogs are in the house, how well I know them and of course, what they're sleeping preferences are. I'm not a fan of crating pups unless its necessary for health and or safety.
11. Rebecca V.
“Rebecca was great! Buzz loved her and you could tell he had a good time walking with her. She came inside and met my other dog, who is sometimes hard to get along with. He took very well to her as well! We will definitely be using her for sitter services in the future. Thanks Rebecca!”
12. Amanda W.
“Amanda was great. Very friendly, responsible, and responsive. We had her come walk our large labradoodle several days during the week. It was nice to meet with her prior to the walks. Would definitely recommend her!”

About: I provide pet sitting in my home for puppies and small dogs (under 20 lbs). I also provide drop in services to your home and dog walking. My son and I have have been dog walking and sitting for others in the Riverbend area for the past 10 years. I LOVE traveling so I know how important (and difficult) it is to find a dog sitter you can trust and rely on while you're gone. I love all dogs and enjoy meeting new clients whether I am dropping in for visits or walks or boarding in my home. Please reach out with any questions. I am a mother of two adult children and work a hybrid schedule. I have lots of free time and have been dog walking and sitting for over 10 years with my son. We started dog walking and sitting together when he was 12 and he will be starting college soon and I want to continue our side business on my own. We have 2 acres on a cul-de-sac in Godfrey and enjoy talking walks. We have a large home that is safe and dog friendly. I can also do drop-ins while you are away.

“I’ve known Sarah for years now, and she is very caring. She loves animals and is very professional. She has her own fur babies, that she spoils rotten. She is an amazing animal mommy, and would make an amazing caretaker for your babies too!”
16. Ali B.
About: I have been taking care of and loving on pets for 10+ years. I have several fur babies of my own, so I certainly understand the importance of having someone take care of your pets who will love them just as much as you do! I have experience with caring for pets for most of my life, but most recently, I have been doing drop in visits to feed and take care of family pets, as well as some pet sitting for friends who are out of town. I am also familiar with dealing with anxious dogs as both of my boys have some pretty serious storm anxiety. I do currently work full time, however, I work from home, so I have plenty of flexibility to drop in and take your fur babies for walks, or just check in and spend some time providing snuggles throughout the day. I am free on weekends as well for house-sitting, overnight care, etc. I believe your pets should be taken care of exactly the way they would be if you were home! Whether that means sleeping in the bed, walks 3x a day, or a strict schedule, I will always follow your established regimen to the absolute best of my ability. There is nothing more important than making sure your pet feels as comfortable in their routines and home as possible when mom and dad are away.
17. Chen W.
About: Hi I’m Chen. I've lived in Austin for about 4 months now. Prior to Austin, I lived in San Antonio for 5 years. I studied Psychology and Philosophy at Trinity University in SA. I'm currently working in Customer Research at a Software Development Company, so I get to work from home all the time! I have been professionally doing Rover and Wag since 2020. I am CPR certified, and I’ve also had experience with puppy care, as my wiener dog is only 5 months old. I LOVE animals. They are my absolute weak spots :) I used to volunteer at Animal Defense League in SA, and I just signed up to volunteer at Austin Pets Alive! I am currently working from home. My work schedule is quite flexible, so I have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies. I have a fenced yard at my apartment and one puppy and one cat to keep your fur babies company. Your babies will be supervised most of the day unless I am out running errands. If they are fully house-trained, I can just leave them be, otherwise, I can easily crate them!
18. Bailey S.
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was around 12 or 13 years old. I would take care of neighbor's, and family member's animals. Such as walking them, feeding them, giving them the love and care that they receive everyday from their owners. I am in college so my schedule is pretty consistent. I do have another job I work as well which is pretty consistent as well. I am not available on Tuesdays until around 5:15pm or 5:30pm, I do have a break in the morning from around 10:45 to noon. Monday and Wednesdays I'm open after 10:00am. Fridays I am open after 9:30am until around 3:00pm after that I am available around 6pm. Saturdays I'm completely open and Sunday I am available around noon. I have a fenced in yard if I need to watch the dog in my home. I am normally in the living room which gives me a clear view to the back yard/door to see if your pup needs to go out prior to the time I would regularly let your pup outside. I will respect your home, and follow said rules in your home to be able to give your animal the best care it deserves. ♡
