“Ebony was great with my baby!! She was very attentive and sent numerous photos of him throughout the day and during his stay. She was very sweet and provided alot of information. I would book with her again.”

“Katie is absolutely wonderful. She would send me updates and pictures and keep me posted how my fur baby was doing. We already have our next stay booked..”
“Laronna has taken care of Sadie twice and is really good with her. She sends pictures of how she is doing during her stay. I'm more anxious than Sadie. Thank-you for taking good care of her. Donna C”

“Jerry had a great time at Francie's. She was great at keeping me updated and sent lots of pictures. It is great to feel comfortable leaving your fur baby knowing that they will be well cared for.”

“We absolutely love working with Linda & Dwight. They’ve watched our dogs multiple times now, and every stay has been fantastic. Our pups are always excited to see them and come home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. Communication is great — we always get the right amount of updates and photos, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. They follow instructions perfectly and truly go above and beyond every time.”

“Tami is incredible!! This is my first time leaving my puppy and I was really nervous. We did a meet and greet, talked through his care and had him meet the other dogs. She took great care of Haze and sent updates throughout the weekend (which I loved). He couldn’t have been in better hands. 10/10 recommend and will be using her in the future.”

“Great stay! Both dogs had a blast and you could tell they were all tired out from running around. Sarah was even able to help my Cassie with her injured tail and medicine, no problem. I would definitely book again.”

“Shannon was GREAT with my large lab mix! She was flexible with drop off and pick up times, provided updates and administered his medication as requested. I really appreciated her following through over a holiday when things are so busy!”
“Jennifer is the best dog sitter I've ever met! She cared for my furry kids like they were her own. She sent daily updates and pictures. I could tell they were happy and comfortable. I didn't worry at all while I was gone because I knew they were in great hands. I'm so thankful I thought of rover.com and found Jennifer!”

“Leah was absolutely fantastic! My dog wasn't just looked after - he was loved. You can feel her heart for animals the moment she walks in, and it shows in every detail. Thank you Leah for treating Nugget like family.”

“Adela was awesome! She took great care of my dog Ellie for a few days. She was extremely welcoming and answered any questions I had prior to Ellie’s stay. Her communication skills were on point as well. She put my mind at ease each day by sending updates and lots of pictures :) I think it’s safe to say that my dog really enjoyed her stay. We will def book again with her in the future.”

“I hesitate to leave this review only because I want to keep Lorri for myself! She was so good with our dog! Winnie is blind and due to this has separation anxiety when we leave her and a little generalized anxiety in new situations. Within a day, Lorri had her wearing a cute little sweater to keep warm on walls (which Winnie refuses to wear for me), had her cuddling on the couch and even took her for walks in a store! I know Winnie was comfortable with her because she was clearly relaxed in the many photos and videos we got while we were away. Lorri is the best!”

“This is Grover's home away from home, his favorite vacation spot. We know he's well taken care of, spoiled, and has lots of fun. He sleeps so good when he comes home, couldn't ask for a better caregiver for my son.”

“Always excellent care with Kelly and her family! Our Pug, Lizzi considers this her home away from home when we go on vacation. She gets so excited when we pull in their driveway… or even mention their names! We are always confident leaving her and have never had a concern in dozens of stays over the last several years!”

“They took care of Jake and he came back home happier than he has with any other sitters. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate you watching over Jake while I was away. Y’all are the best!”

“I will continue to use Brian and Abigail. They are such sweet people and take such good care of Duke. We were on vacation for over 7 days and while I missed Duke a lot, I knew he was in good hands.”

“Walter and Maddie were great! They were very warm and welcoming to our old lady, and their two dogs are very sweet. They provided daily updates and good communication. Our dog had some overnight accidents and they were very understanding and worked with us via messaging to address her needs. We were very comfortable and confident that our pup was in good hands.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
