About: I provide pet sitting in my home for puppies and small dogs (under 20 lbs). I also provide drop in services to your home and dog walking. My son and I have have been dog walking and sitting for others in the Riverbend area for the past 10 years. I LOVE traveling so I know how important (and difficult) it is to find a dog sitter you can trust and rely on while you're gone. I love all dogs and enjoy meeting new clients whether I am dropping in for visits or walks or boarding in my home. Please reach out with any questions. We started dog walking and sitting together when he was 12 and he will be starting college soon and I want to continue our side business on my own. We have 2 acres on a cul-de-sac in Godfrey and enjoy talking walks. We have a large home that is safe and dog friendly. I can also do drop-ins while you are away.

About: I've been around pets off and on my entire life. I have experience walking small and medium size dogs regularly, including putting on and taking off harnesses. I am not afraid to roll around on the floor and play with them. I am a firm believer in using dog communication, such as eye contact or lack thereof, and in keeping with the training that already started. If you always put a hand flat for sit, it means sit, if it means lay down, it means lay down. I follow your lead, you know your dog best. I'm currently in between jobs so I'm very consistently open, I will update my availability if something comes up for a day, and I hate letting people down so I pay close attention so I don't overbook myself. Consistency is key for most animals, I'm willing to work with you to maintain the status quo, so to speak, with your pets routine, food, and training.
