2. Rachel S.
About: There have been very few times in my life that I didn't have a pet! My husband and I currently have a small farm of 3 dogs, 1 turtle, 1 rabbit, chickens, pheasants, and pigeons! I have experience in hand feeding baby birds, cats, and dogs. I've also had or taken care of rodents and some reptiles. I love all ages of animals from puppies and kittens to senior pets. I know how difficult it can be to find someone responsible and trustworthy enough to take care of your animals, especially the more exotic type, and would love the opportunity to be included in your pets lives! I work from home and am able to set my own schedule. I have an SUV with plenty of room for larger animals, if transportation is needed. I have almost 2 acres of unfenced yard. My 3 dogs are on a wired pet containment system. I have a sunroom inside my home where I house inside pets, which can be a free roaming area for your pet or where we can place their kennel/crate. For client house visits, I will follow the instructions laid out by the client.

6. Casandra O.
About: Your pet will be treated like family, and have an engaging, safe and comfortable "home away from home". My home is two-stories, very spacious, very clean, smoke-free, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the woods. There is one friendly cat in my home: Lucy aka Fatniss Everdeen, who is artfully indifferent to all animals. Apart from being an animal lover... I have 15+ years of experience caring for young and elderly-aged dogs & cats, have assisted with canines frequently during my time in the service and volunteer at local shelters with my kiddos. I work from home most days and will send you daily text and pictures of our adventures so you can enjoy your time away while ensuring that your fur-baby is getting all the love and attention they deserve. If you are in need of any dog, cat or other exotic pet service not listed in my profile, just message me with your inquiry and I will work with you to accommodate your needs. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! DROP INS: Perfect for pet parents who work long days or are out of town. I will come to your house and drop in on your pet for a short visit. Activities during each visit are custom and based on your pet's needs: Brushing, feeding, litter scooping, backyard playtime, reasonable accident cleanup or request. I will follow your specific instructions for you pet's care while taking pictures to send you during my drop in. PICKUP/DROPOFFS: please note in your reservation request your anticipated drop off and pick up time. HOLIDAYS: Holidays are a busy time for everyone, pet parents and sitters alike. Therefore, as per Rover, there is an holiday rate applied during these high-demand times of the year. I work from home most days with the flexibility needed to take breaks, play and give cuddles! I will send you daily text and pictures of our adventures so you can enjoy your time away while ensuring that your fur-baby is getting all the love and attention they deserve! I have a fenced in yard, a long dirt road for walkies, and small and large kennels on site. I have 1 cat and 2 kids who live with me 50% of the time, we are animal lovers and enjoy every opportunity to love on dogs/cats both!
7. Mikaela J.

8. Jaci R.
“Jaci did great!”
9. Valerie C.
“Valerie did an amazing job checking in on our two labs while we were camping. We had a few days when we could not take the dogs with us on our adventures, so we are thankful we had someone take of our fur babies for walks, to water them, and interact with them. She took pictures during each visit for us to see how they were doing. Our fur babies were well taken care of during these check-ins, and we will definitely use Valerie next time we camp in the area.”

11. Brooke C.
“Like any pet owner, I was nervous about leaving my pets in someone else’s care, but it’s obvious from the updates and pictures Brooke sends that my dogs are doing well and are excited to see her! I highly recommend her!”
12. Hannah H.
About: My family has owned dogs since I was age 8, I have experience working with puppies as well as many dogs both large and small I am looking for a lot of hours over the summer! I will have rehearsals at night but not long enough that it would cause problems with any pets. Safety for both myself and the dogs I watch is extremely important to me. Before I come to your home by myself for the first time I need either written or face to face instructions to ensure the safety of the dogs as well as myself.
13. Kristi F.
About: For boarding and doggy daycare, dogs must be up to date on the following vaccinations: rabies, DHPP (or some version of it), and Bordatella, which is for kennel cough. I am licensed as a kennel through Department of Agriculture. Vaccinations protect all dogs who come and go from my facility. The safety of your dogs is my top priority. My passion and full-time job is taking care of dogs! I am licensed and insured in addition to Rover because I have dedicated myself to giving attentive care and keeping your pets safe. I have 800 sq. ft. (40'x20') fenced dog park just for letting the dogs out to play, and I spend all day with dogs who stay in my care, whether I am in the dog park outside or my inside. Dogs are treated as family and protected as such. Even inside I have tons of toys to stimulate your dog. I give treats if approved by you and/or you can bring your own. It's really more of a vacation for your dog. I walk them around my 4 acre property. I have a lake in the backyard that with your permission your furry friend can play in the lake. Whether it is doggy daycare or boarding, the dogs are tired when they leave and many dogs do not want to leave, honestly. The dogs are supervised 100% of the time, and you can trust that your dog is getting the star treatment. I send a lot of photos and give updates daily. You are not just leaving your precious pet with someone who does this as a hobby. You are leaving your best friend to someone with lots of experience and can read dog body language, which keeps your dog safe. I also know dog CPR and can give medicine. I follow all instructions to the letter, and I am dependable. I have never had to cancel a dog's stay. I also have dog training experience. I have taken my dog to Manners 101 and CGC and then taught all my dogs at home as well as other dogs in my care. Lastly, I have the skills to deal with dog aggressive dogs who may not do well with other dogs. I have first-hand experience keeping dogs apart safely in a separate room. I am very thorough at keeping doors shut, getting in and out of doors without the dog escaping, and only taking the dog out when it is safe, meaning all of dogs are secure. If a dog is aggressive toward other dogs, I can only accept if I have my private suite (bedroom) available because of the privacy needed because an aggressive dog will need to be in the suite the majority of the time, but I do make time to hang out in the main house one on one with the dog when all others are resting in their crates or being watched by my partner in another room. When I pet sit, I keep your house pristine, and you can count on me to be there if we schedule a visit or pet sit. I am dependable, trustworthy, and responsible. I like to keep animals in their regular routine while you are away. For dogs, that means regular walks, runs, whatever they are used to doing with you is what I want to give them while you are away. I give your pets the love and attention they deserve. I also check the mail, bring in packages, water plants and gardens, and shut on/off lights if requested. I am a non-smoker with a clean background who is drug free (former teacher). Meet and greets are available and free. Dog care is my full-time job! I was a high school English teacher, and I quit to start my own dog care business because I wanted to give attentive care and create fun times and adventures with dogs. I am available 24/7 for your pet care needs. Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions or want to do a meet and greet. Meet and greets are recommended and free! I want to give you a tour and for you to know where your dog will stay. I will gladly show you the accomodations and meet with you, so you can have confidence leaving your pup. 🩵Supervised 100% of the time 🩵Boarded dogs are out of the crate and with me 90% of the time 🩵Dogs are on leash when walked 100% of the time 🩵 Dogs are up-to-date on their shots: Rabies, DHPP (or variation), and Bordatella (kennel cough) 🩵 Dogs get only approved treats by you 🩵 Pet CPR and first aid certified 🩵 Lots of love and attention!
