About: I have grew up around animals. I volunteered at a vet's office and was also in agriculture classes in high school. I have since got more experience working with animals for about 2 years as a kennel tech at a vet’s office and animal shelter. I’m also certified in pet CPR and currently in school for dog training. I’m trying to build a career up in the animal field to eventually have a business as a dog trainer, doggy day care, and possibly boarding as well. I’m currently doing in school for dog training so I’m not working anywhere right now. So I’m trying to pet sit well I’m finishing school. I’m also hoping during pet sitting I can meet lots of wonderful dog owners and dogs to hopefully since I’m trying to make a career in this as well. So I’m available daily but I do go to church on Sundays so it would be after 2p that I would be available. Unfortunately I currently can board dogs at my house right now but I’m hoping to be able to in the future. But I don’t make that at a owner’s house when taking the dogs out they are on a leash if needed. I also make sure that I do exactly what requests the owner’s have and just treat the animals like I would want my animals treated.

I love being outdoors in any climate whether that be hiking, jogging, or simply sitting in a field. I’d be more than happy to burn some energy with your fur baby! I don’t force interaction; I let pets settle in and I build trust first, especially with cats. I provide attention and affection when they want it, and I watch closely for cues (hunger, stress, overstimulation, fatigue). I follow all instructions precisely such as feeding, fresh water, litter maintenance, walks/potty breaks, play/enrichment, and any special notes. I keep things calm, clean, and consistent, and I send updates/photos so you’re never guessing.

I felt so comfortable with Savannah at the house caring for her. We had Savannah stay overnight so our dog wasn't nervous without us. She fed and pottied her before work then came after work to potty her and hang out with her so Livi was never ny herself without access to potty too long.
