“This was our first time using Rover. We recently adopted two “feral” cats that are not too feral. We had Mikaela come and check up on them while we were away. She was great and they were very happy to see her. She gave them their favorite wet food, filled the feeders, cleaned and checked water, and even got a few pats in. We were very pleased with Mikaela’s visit and the spoiled “ferals” look very happy, and relaxed, after her visit. We will definitely have Mikaela come again and recommend her to others.”

About: I just retired and want to now do something I love! I have always had dogs and currently have three rescue dogs. They are like family and I know how difficult it is to leave them when we travel. I will stay in your home if needed because I know how hard it is when our pets aren't in a familiar environment. I can also drop in, walk them, and just spend time giving them some love. I am old school and know what a responsibility it is to care for people's pets. I know how to work with all kinds of pets, including puppies and senior dogs. My dachshund had back surgery so I know what to do with post surgical care. I am comfortable administering medications as well. I would want to meet you and your pet(s) before we book so we are all on the same page and I can give the best care. I just retired so my schedule is open. My kids are grown and out of the house and I have lots of flexibility and am hoping to do something that I know is important. I am happy to stay in your home overnight or drop in. I'm used to big and little dogs with all kinds of temperaments. I will feed them and play with them - they'll never know you were gone!

About: I have a great Pyrenees’ named Ellie. She loves a friend and would love a play date with your furrbaby. We can’t wait to meet you! I currently work from home only 10-20 hours a week, and have plenty of free time. I like to take many walks and go outside and play with the furrbabies. My dog Ellie is very friendly to a new friend. She loves to play. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a large yard with 100ft runs so still plenty of space to play. The pups are never left outside unattended.

About: I've had pets almost my whole life so I am no stranger to taking care of animals. I am familiar with feeding schedules, play dates, walks, and love scratches. Taking care amd giving affection to animals is my passion. I am currently working as an HVAC Tech and going to trade school for my Air Conditioning Diploma. I am wanting to venture off into different side hustles to brimg in extra money in these tough times. I am available weekday nights, although some night availability might be later than others due to the nature of my Current Job. About: I grew up with all kinds of animals, but I have always had a soft spot for dogs. I currently have a senior pup at home who is living his best life.
