About: I have had years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages- from playful puppies to senior dogs needing extra attention. I treat every pet like family, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and happy while you're away. Pet care is a natural part of my routine- I plan my schedule around the pets I care for. Whether it's feeding, walking, playing, or cuddling, I make sure each pet gets the attention and structure they need. It's not just a task; it's something I enjoy doing! Creating a calm, pet-friendly, and safe space is my top priority. I keep hazardous items out of reach, use gates if needed, and follow any routines your pet is used to. In your home, I respect your space and maintain your pet's usual environment to reduce stress. I always keep a close eye on them, provide regular updates, and follow your instructions carefully.

“Great Communication and responsive.”

About: I love animals. Having 4 pets (2 dogs and 2 cats) they are my world and are spoiled more than most. Many of my friends and family have said if anything ever happened to them they would want me to take care of their pets. They just know I want what’s best for every animal I meet and will provide the same love and care I do for my own. I make sure to dedicate the time that pets need to be happy and cared for. As a pet parent myself, I know how sticking to a routine is so important for both them and us and am here to make your time away as worry free as possible! Communication about your pets’ needs and routines and behaviors is going to help me best take care of them. Having a clear plan about what our shared expectations are will create a great rover experience. Let’s meet and establish a connection before you go away to ensure your pet’s comfortability with me!

“Sofia was the best! Came home to a well walked pup who was happy with his time with Sofia!”

“Miles is super dedicated to having everything go well. He's communicative, and he clearly cares about Charlie. This is my second time having him walk Charlie; the first time was for several days in a row. When I book half an hour, and Miles goes for 45 min (unless Charlie isn't in the mood). When we had a miscommunication once, Miles bent over backwards trying to make things come out right. My neighbors, who have to coordinate things with Mike's sometimes like access to the house, are happy with him as well.”

About: In my life, I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, birds, fish, and even ducks! I love all kinds of animals. If you’re anything like me, your pets are family, and they deserve to be treated that way! I have a pretty open and flexible schedule, so caring for your pet or pets should be pretty easy for me to fit into my day. I know how important it is to allow your pet time to have some exercise and fun. I will definitely spend some time with your “kids,” because I love being with them.

Loving pet mom to a 5 year cat and a 3 year old dog. Well experienced and active. You get two people for the price of one to love your animal! I have a fully fenced in yard and parks near me. I’ve a cat and a female husky who loves all animals. Cuddles, love and walks are my specialties. Very flexible, as my husband and I watch your pets together. I’m currently in school so I’m very flexible and have lots of time to spend with your pets. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly husky to keep your happy, and get all their energy out. I also am home most days and times.

“She was great! Punctual and good communication”

“Debbie was amazing. So attentive to our 2 dogs, even the one that can be a lot to handle at times. She’s patient and kind to them. Would love to have her watch again in the future ?”

About: I’ve always had pets growing up. In my teens and 20’s I worked as kennel assistants for multiple vets throughout the US as well as a Great Dane breeder. Through those jobs word of mouth happened and pet sitting just happened naturally. I truly love all animals and treat them as family in your absence. We have 2 fluffy kitties who loves snuggles and 1 older kitty who prefers to be seen and not touched 🤣. My two children (12 & 8) have been raised with the knowledge of pet ownership and are proving to be wonderful pet owners as well. I’m retired from the federal government and am looking to fill my free time with helping others with a need I feel is hard to come by. My yard is fenced in completely. We have a doggie door for easy use for anyone staying the night. If you have a kitty who needs overnight care in my home, I’d keep them separate in an extra bedroom during the night but put the doggie door down during the day so they could roam and explore (and get plenty of snuggles)

About: In addition to dogs and cats, I love and have cared for many animals my entire life. I grew up caring for the family cat, dog sitting for friends and family, and working for the Prospect Park Zoo in NYC. As an adult I've volunteered for multiple animal shelters, and now care for my own baby Tortoise. As someone with a pet myself, I know how important it is that your sitter adores and respects your animals' needs. I prioritize your animal's health, safety, and happiness! I am a graduate student, giving me a pretty flexible schedule! I am typically completely free Thursday through Sunday. Drop off visits are possible Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, especially in the mornings or later at night. Making sure pets get the attention they need is a top priority for me. Being a student, writer, and researcher, I work mostly at home. This allows me to spend additional time hanging out with those pets that enjoy some human company. I also love hiking, walking, and spending time outdoors. So if your pup needs to get some energy out in the woods, I'll be more than happy to be their guide! I can house small pets for a night or two - I live in a ~700 square foot apartment with a balcony and ample access to the outdoors. But someone cannot always be home, so cats and independent small dogs are preferred.

About: I've grown up with various animals including cats, dogs, rabbits, and guinea pigs. I currently have a cat I adopted in January who is older and has medical needs so I am well versed with pets that have special needs. I also recently adopted a female cat who’s 11, and she has special dietary needs. I've grown up with various breeds of dogs, springer spaniels, black lab Shepard, pitbulls, boarder collie mix and german sherpards. I've trained three of the dogs I grew up with, to basic commands including sit, stay, paw, come, lay down and also how to walk on a leash. I've been with both older dogs and I've also had puppies all the way through their life. I am also good with hyper paws, anxious paws, large paws and small paws. Please note my previous legal name was Jessica/ which is why the reviews are saying that but it is now Denver Im a graduate student and work hybrid during the week. I’m flexible with hours and days as long as I have wifi :) I can also spend time with your pets at home or bring them out if you’d like. I understand that leaving your pup with anyone can be stressful and scary. I am able to crate your dog, spend lots of time cuddling and playing and of course treats! I know which foods and substances are not good for our friends and I also am able to adapt to special needs your pup may have. Having two cats of my own, i love to cuddle or respect their space depending on their personality. I’m great with medical needs as well.

“Kate is awesome and so reliable! She knows how to work with ryker to help him feel comfortable.”

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life. I have always loved taking care of animals. I am a full time barn manager. I have also been caring for other people's pets for years. I can give references on request. I am very good at catering to each individual pets news I am also very good at telling if a pet is acting strangely. If you want someone who will treat your pet like family look no further.

About: I have watched 2 dogs for a family on Rover, but that is the only professional experience i have. I used to walk my neighbors dog & I dog sit for my family all the time. I've watched them overnight and during the day. Also I've had different kinds of animals throughout my life that I've had to take care of, including dogs. My sisters have smaller dogs, but a lot of my family friends have bigger dogs like pitbulls. I personally love animals a lot, especially dogs. I work very well with them because of that. I have plenty of time during the day to spend time with your animals! I don’t work until 4 Saturday-Tuesday. I have open availability Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I have 2 cats and a bearded dragon that I love very much. I am currently not taking overnight stays because of it. My cats get stressed out and high anxiety with too much going on. My cats were only 2/3 weeks old when I rescued them, so they have some lingering issues from being separated from Mom too soon.

About: I've taken care of dogs my whole life . 30 + years. I currently have a 3 yr old Scottish terrier who gets lots of walks & exercise daily. Family & Friends always rely on me to help take care of their fur babies! A walk a day will keep the vet away for your babies ! My schedule is flexible for dog walking rain or shine ! I can come morning & late afternoon/ evening. I like to make sure a pet gets a well timed lengthy walk with attention. 😁 I treat any dog like my own. Lots of TLC & attention. I like to establish trust with the dog and build off that !
