Unfortunately Lulu had a seizure while she was there and Natthinee needed to care for her. She contacted me immediately to let me know and to get instructions as to how to navigate the situation. She allowed Lulu to sleep in her room since that is what she is used to. I highly recommend her and will be booking with her again.”

After reading reviews on so many we decided to board with Tiffany and we are so glad we did. It was a nice feeling while away, we knew our two dogs were safe, were not locked in kennels and were able to run around and play with her dogs like they were part of the family. Being in a home setting versus a kennel, I'm sure was much less stressful on them as well. Many times at boarding facilities there is constant barking and chaos, so a home setting is the way to go. I'm also sure our boys received some one on one attention and petting from Tiffany and not for an extra fee like the facilities charge. “We had a wonderful experience with Jennifer and couldn’t have felt better about leaving Moose and Maggie in her care. From our initial meet-and-greet through the entire stay, Jennifer was warm, attentive, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure both dogs were happy and well cared for. Moose is a senior Great Pyrenees with some mobility limitations and additional care needs, and Jennifer went above and beyond for him. She was patient and compassionate, adapted walks and activities to what he was comfortably able to do, helped him when he needed assistance, stayed on top of his medications, and made sure he was comfortable and included. At the same time, she made sure Maggie received just as much individual attention and plenty of activity suited to her energy level. Jennifer sent frequent updates and so many wonderful photos throughout their stay, which we really appreciated. Her mom was also wonderful with the dogs, and it was clear that Moose and Maggie received so much attention and affection while they were there. Jennifer was also incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the stay, which made everything much easier for us. We’re extremely grateful for the care they received and would absolutely trust Jennifer with them again. I know Moose and Maggie will be very happy when they realize they’re headed back for another stay!”

“Chris was a wonderful sitter. With Chris, you also get Jia, his girlfriend, as a bonus second sitter who loves dogs. Bentley made immediate friends upon the preliminary meet and greet. The couple has no pets currently, so they were able to give Bentley loads of personal attention and play time. Chris lives near Washington Park, so Bentley had plenty of grassy area to run around and meet other dogs. Chris and Jia worked with our high energy, young pyredoodle, so Bentley would respond to commands more readily. We highly recommend booking with Chris.”
