“Daysha is a lifesaver! I came into town from over eight hours away under very stressful circumstances and had never been to the area before. When my pet sitter canceled at the last minute, I decided to bring my almost two-year-old Chinese Crested with me. My mom suggested trying Rover for doggy daycare. It was 9 PM and less than 48 hours before my arrival, but Daysha responded immediately. She was communicative, professional, and instantly put my mind at ease. She happily agreed to care for my pup on short notice, asked thoughtful questions about his routine, diet, and personality, and was incredibly flexible with an early morning drop-off and pickup time. On our way there, we discovered that the nonrefundable hotel I had booked didn’t allow pets. I had been misinformed and immediately panicked. We reached out to Daysha to ask if she could accommodate an overnight stay instead—even though we were still seven hours away and wouldn’t arrive until around 11 PM.
