About: I have been around dogs my whole life — for as long as I can remember, there has always been a dog by my side. Over the past 20+ years I have developed a deep understanding of dog behavior, body language, and what it takes to make a pup feel safe and loved in a new environment. Beyond my own dogs, I have informally cared for the pets of friends and family many times, so I know how to handle dogs with different personalities and energy levels. Right now I share my home with my own 5-year-old male goldendoodle, so your dog will always have a friendly, socialized companion to play with. What truly sets me apart is my availability and home setup. I do not work outside the home, which means I am here with the dogs all day — no long hours alone, no anxious waiting. We have a large backyard where dogs can run, explore, and burn off energy freely. I also have a 2-year-old son at home, so I only welcome dogs that are comfortable around young children, and I take that responsibility seriously for everyone's safety. If you are looking for a sitter who treats your dog like family and is genuinely home all day to give them attention, walks, and playtime — you found the right place. I don't work outside the home, I'm here around the clock, seven days a week. Morning walks, midday playtime in the big backyard, afternoon couch cuddles — I'm always present. My goldendoodle keeps us on a consistent daily routine, which visiting dogs love. My home is a safe, welcoming space for dogs. We have a large fully fenced backyard where dogs can run and play freely without any worry. Inside, my goldendoodle sets a calm, friendly tone that helps visiting dogs feel at ease quickly. I supervise all dog interactions closely, especially since I have a 2-year-old at home — safety for both the kids and the dogs is always my top priority. Dogs are never left alone for long periods, and I make sure every pup has their own space to relax and decompress when they need it. I always ask owners upfront about their dog's routine, feeding schedule, medications, and any quirks so I can keep things as consistent as possible. I treat every dog the way I'd want my own to be treated — with patience, attention, and a whole lot of love.

“Daysha is a lifesaver! I came into town from over eight hours away under very stressful circumstances and had never been to the area before. When my pet sitter canceled at the last minute, I decided to bring my almost two-year-old Chinese Crested with me. My mom suggested trying Rover for doggy daycare. It was 9 PM and less than 48 hours before my arrival, but Daysha responded immediately. She was communicative, professional, and instantly put my mind at ease. She happily agreed to care for my pup on short notice, asked thoughtful questions about his routine, diet, and personality, and was incredibly flexible with an early morning drop-off and pickup time. On our way there, we discovered that the nonrefundable hotel I had booked didn’t allow pets. I had been misinformed and immediately panicked. We reached out to Daysha to ask if she could accommodate an overnight stay instead—even though we were still seven hours away and wouldn’t arrive until around 11 PM. She didn’t hesitate for a second and said, “no problem!” My dog sleeps with me every night, and this was our first time apart. I hadn’t planned for him to stay elsewhere, but Daysha was completely prepared and even had a crate available since I hadn’t brought one. She and her adorable chihuahua mix, Harlow, met us outside, and we introduced the dogs on leash first in a neutral space—such a thoughtful and knowledgeable approach. Then we moved to the backyard so they could get more comfortable off-leash. She even invited us inside briefly before I said goodbye, which I really appreciated. I was worried my pup might have a hard time adjusting, especially since he’s used to sleeping with me, but Daysha handled everything with ease. She didn’t force him into the crate (which meant a lot to me), and he ended up sleeping comfortably in the bed I brought. Throughout his stay, I received regular photo and video updates, and Daysha remained consistently communicative. Honestly, I think it was harder on me than it was on my dog! I’m so grateful for this experience—Daysha truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust her again.”
