She sends pictures of them all piled on the bed together with her - that's how we know that they feel comfortable and safe, and that means the world to us when we're away. She also makes the extra effort to make sure the house is clean and tidy when we come home (we clean before we leave but I swear it looks better when we come back), and that's just an added bonus.”

My career includes working in veterinary medicine, pet shelters, and wildlife rehabilitation centers. I regularly work and care for pets of all ages, sizes, and aggression. I work with all kind of animals including cats, dogs, small mammals, birds, reptiles, and many more. I have extensive knowledge of medicine and medication. I have direct animal interactions and have learned safe handling techniques with animals ranging from friendly to dangerous. I love pet sitting and would be happy to make sure your pet has the care they deserve :) I am currently available for long weekends so you can take time away with no worries about your furry friend. I am available all day and night Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I will treat your furry companion with the upmost love and patience. I work as a dental assistant from Monday to Thursday. I’m available before and after work, and Friday through Sunday all day! I am available to stay the night if needed. About: Since I was little I have always loved to care for animals, from taking my dogs on walks to enriching playtime with cats I love it all! I volunteer in my free time at my local animal shelter and can find no better hobby :) I am currently in school and able to fully dedicate my weekends to caring for animals. During the week days I can be made available but only in the afternoons! I am very respectful of people’s personal space and will ensure that your home is in the condition you left it in, I am someone my friends and family rely on when they go out of town and am comfortable with being responsible for taking care of pets in their own homes.

About: Growing up, my dogs were always my adventure buddies. They loved to romp around and explore the world with me, whether it was around the neighborhood, park, beach, or a local forest preserve. One thing I know well is that dogs love to explore almost as much as I do! I want to take your best friend on adventures that will bring them joy and, if we're lucky, tire them out! I trained many of my own dogs since they were puppies, and many of my friends and family would let me watch their pets as well. Growing up with dogs, I know well how and when to give them productive attention as to not encourage poor behavior. I'm not here to break your training habits, and if there is anything you'd like me to uphold in that regard, it would be my pleasure to do so. I'm usually free most Weekdays as well as some Saturdays. Starting November 2024 my schedule will open up a ton and these hours will likely change as my job switches to a more flexible role, so please reach out even if your request isn't within my normal days of availability! Hopefully we can make something work. Your comfort level is of the utmost importance, so whatever ground rules you lay within your own household will be respected by both me and your furry friend. I've had dogs that roam around the house freely, and ones that absolutely need to be created if I ever wasn't around. Like I said before, dogs love exploring! If I can get your pup active, I will as much as possible. If you'd rather we spend the day indoors, that is not a problem either. Regardless, your dog will get fruitful attention.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, have pet sat since I was a teen, and have now trained 3 puppies with positive reinforcement methods. I am academically trained in animal behavior and am passionate about meeting each dog’s individual needs. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I love to be outside for walks or playtime, but am equally happy to play or snuggle inside if that suits the dogs needs more.
