“In an absolute emergency, Lullia was able to recover my son’s father’s cat, his dad tragically died with a sudden heart attack and nobody could take the cat, we are in a different state and within 2 hours Lullia was able to locate and take care of of the cat for a while week until we could get there to bring her to our home. One of the biggest signs was Pixie’s behavior during our visit—rather than running to the nearest hiding spot, she came out of her carrier, explored the house, and plopped down on the floor as if she were already at home. During Pixie’s stay, she unexpectedly developed conjunctivitis and needed an emergency vet visit. Elisabeth and Forrest handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. By the time I picked Pixie up, her eye was almost completely healed.
