My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. About: I have been caring for dogs since I was old enough to do so. My family has never had less that 4 dogs at a time and we always adopt/rescue. Even since moving out, I still go back home to take care of the pet there. I cut their nails, wash them, play games with them, and cuddle them and give them love. I’ve also given medications to dogs as well as occasionally trimmed their fur. I have a very open schedule because I am in the midst of applying for my graduate degree in family and marriage counseling. I am applying for online programs so that I can create my schedule around working. I can feed, walk, play, bathe, brush and provide lots of love for you dog. If you have additional requests such as cleaning their ears or clipping there nails I am also able to do so depending on your dog’s temperament. Dogs provide emotional support their very loyal and loving and I give them the same love back. I’ve had a ton of experience with pups and getting to do more dog sitting is a great opportunity for me to make that happen! How I Care for Pets in My Home and My Clients’ Homes I specialize in caring for dogs and cats, whether they stay in my home or I come to theirs. My goal is always to provide a loving, safe, and stress-free experience tailored to each pet’s needs. In My Home: Pets who stay with me are treated like family. I have a secure, fenced-in yard where dogs can play and explore freely, and I’m located near a beautiful walking trail by the lake, which is perfect for daily walks and even swimming if your dog enjoys the water. I keep routines consistent with what they’re used to at home, including feeding times, medications, and cuddles. Cats are given their own calm, quiet space away from dogs if needed, with plenty of attention, toys, and cozy spots to relax. In Clients’ Homes: When I provide care in your home, I work to maintain your pet’s routine and environment as closely as possible. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I ensure your pets feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I also offer regular updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and in good hands.
About: As a dog owner I know what it's like when you have to leave your best friend for an extended period of time. I hope to make that experience easier for my clients by offering a great second home for your best buddy. Life is incomplete without a dog and I had five at one point ranging from Chihuahuas to a massive Presa Canario. Right now we only have one, so it would be great for Wilbur to have a buddy to play with. Dogs are one of God's best creations and should be treated as such. I work from home full-time with Wilbur, a playful Labradoodle, and three cats that are dog friendly. My home is very dog friendly; however, I only except house trained dogs or dogs that are puppy pad trained. I have a large fenced back yard and live on a quiet cul-de-sac. I am very active and enjoy taking my client's for a daily walk.
