About: I owned my own Boxer, Ava, for 9 years. She recently passed away and so I am looking to share my love, compassion and support to dog owners seeking companionship and enrichment activity for their dog. Since I am starting a new full-time job on 5/6/24, I will only be available to watch your dog during the weekends I am able to. I am a huge animal lover and therefore I am available to assist with daily activities (feeding, medications, potty time) and enrichment (walk & play time) including overnight boarding. I will accept 2 dogs at the same time if they are from the same family (additional service rate would apply). I am a home owner that provides a 'cozy' and healthy environment. I have a backyard as well as two large front yards and live in a nice area in Arundel. I will always have your dog on a long leash to allow him/her to roam safely with me tagging along. I am someone who is very structured and believe that providing consistency & structure to a dog is very important. I do not believe in striking or hitting any animal no matter the reason. I will treat your dog with care like it is my own.

About: I have grown up with multiple dogs and helped with their care. I primarily have experience with larger breeds (American Bulldogs, Labs, Mixes). I have pet/house sat before for two dogs and chickens. I am a quick learner and will able to accommodate special care instructions. And I love a good walk! I am currently a student at the University of New England. Being a student I have a variable schedule during the day, with time between classes. This summer I will participating in academic research, so I will be available for the pet in the early morning, late afternoon and night. I will not be able to accommodate pets in my home, as I will be living in a dorm. I plan to follow specific guidelines from the pet parents that pertain to pet safety in their own home.

Our dog has daily medication and he has no problem administering the meds as well as asking questions to ensure he understands what is needed, and when. Andrew is also terrific with our cat and takes time to spend focused, quality time with her as well as the basics of feeding and litter-box scooping. In short, he is engaged with the animal(s) and enjoys them, in addition to responsibly taking care of feeding, exercising, and cleaning up. We highly recommend Andrew for your pet care.”

About: My passion for all animals started from a young age. I’ve taken care of pets of all sizes since I was a little girl living on a farm. This passion drove me to become a licensed veterinary technician and I have been working in the emergency veterinary field for 6 years.
