Kelly was so accommodating when I had to last minute board our Winnie. She was also very understanding and willing to take on Winnie, even with all of her shyness and new humans terrifying her. Kelly kept me updated on Winnie’s day to day with her and sent so many pictures. Will definitely be using her again as I know Winnie will be safe and cared for not matter what. I could tell by the end of the stay that Winnie was getting braver and more trusting of Kelly!
