“Our pet was treated like one of the family! I was sent photos daily and had absolutely no concerns about how my dog was doing while we were gone. I would definitely use them again!”

“Elizabeth is absolutely AMAZING!!! We had a last minute change of plans and needed to board our pups over thanksgiving and she was quick to respond and accept the reservation. She not only came out to greet us, she helped me get both dogs and their things out of the car. Throughout the week she sent us constant updates of their shenanigans with both cute and funny pictures of them. I asked for a specific photo of one dog for instagram and she did a whole little photo shoot! Pretty much every day she took them to the greenway down the road for 1-2 mile walks and even helped work on their leash manners. If you need your dog boarded with someone you know you can trust, book with Elizabeth. We will be using her every time we go back to the mountains!!!”

“Stephanie is wonderful. She took care of dog for a week. I received lots of pictures. Whenever I asked how my dog was doing, she always responded in a timely matter. She is kind and loves animals. I will use her again and I highly recommend her.”

“Sully had another great stay with Jessica, her kids, and his new best buddy Tucker! We have definitely found our ‘go to’ care provider for our Little Man when we need to be away. Thank you Jessica and Fam”

“This was the first time Billie Jo watched our dog. It was just over one night, but Billie Jo was very kind and accommodating. She was great with our large dog, adjusting her care to match his needs and routines. I appreciated her flexibility and caring demeanor very much, as well as the regular photos and updates she sent. I would recommend Billie Jo and will use her again next time we need a sitter!”

“Cody and Rachel are simply amazing sitters. If it is possible for someone to love and care for your dogs the way you do, Cody and Rachel fill that role. This is our 3rd extended (1 month) engagement with them and we could not be more pleased. Strongly recommend in all the best ways.”

“Gabriella did an outstanding job watching my precious girls, she made sure they were safe from the fireworks and she made sure they got plenty of exercise while we were gone. I missed my gurls while were gone but I felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands and would be loved on while we were gone. The pictures she sent we weren’t sure the gurls would want to come home they were having so much fun but they were definitely happy to see us. I highly recommend Gabriella and we plan on using her again on our non dog vacations. ( If she’ll have us 😊 )”

“Maddie was so welcoming and helpful taking time to introduce me and my dogs to her boarding facility. The small intimate kennel is limited to 5 or 6 dogs. Everything was clean and organized. The interior was air conditioned nice and cool. Maddie assured me she has the heart of a dog mom and years of training to handle in any situation.”

“Viviana does a great job communicating and sending lots of pictures and videos! My nova has so much fun playing at her house and doesn’t want to leave when I go to pick her up :)”
“I visited Tennessee and needed a place for my furbaby to stay the nights at and Cassandra was so helpful! My puppy absolutely loved it there, she was so kind and I’m thankful I found someone so great to help take care of my puppy! She sent me pictures of my dog and updates throughout the day which I really appreciated! Absolutely recommend and definitely will be bringing my puppy back to her in the future!”

“Felt confident that Scout was being loved and cared for. Penny sent pics and videos and kept us updated on how Scout was doing. Would absolutely recommend Penny and use her again.”

“April and Rob were wonderful! This was the first time I was away from my dogs for a whole week and they made sure that I had no reasons to worry while on vacation. I hope to be able to use them next time I have to leave town and I will definitely recommend to others.”

About: Hi there! I’ve been an experienced vet tech for 6+ years and love nothing more than working with pets. I currently have 3 of my own that my world revolves around! They are great with dogs of all ages and energy styles. Whether your dog would love some playmates or is more relaxed and wants to be left alone, my dogs easily adjust to a doggie guest in our home. Needless to say, whether it’s in your home or mine, I will give your pet the time, care & attention they need! I have a large yard and love hiking or taking my dogs swimming, so if your dog is active and will enjoy outings please let me know and I would be glad to take them out of the house while you are enjoying your vacation. I am experienced with medical cases and can give medications including injections. I work from home and can give your pet the time and attention they need during the day. I have multiple rooms in my house so whether your dog wants to lounge around with the pack, or needs to be separated, we will make what needs to happen work for your pup! I have experience working with all types of dogs, whether they’re super outgoing, a little shy, or even maybe a little reactive, I have no problem adjusting to meet their needs. I have extensive experiences working with special needs/medical case animals as well!
“We are so happy to have found Mary! Mary is very reliable and trustworthy. She took fantastic care of our pup for 12 days. She reported to us daily with pictures and comments. What a blessing to have Mary and her hubby as our pups caregivers. We will definitely contact her again!”

“Heather was absolutely amazing! Our two large, high-energy labs had the best time with her. She kept them active, happy, and well cared for, and she sent us lots of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We felt completely comfortable and confident leaving our dogs in her care. Heather was also very responsive and quick to answer all of our questions. We would gladly trust her with our pups again!”

“Such a great place to leave your pup! Savannah was very welcoming and her family made curly’s stay so much fun. I especially appreciated the daily pics and updates. Can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“Super satisfied with my booking with Ashley. It was my first time using Rover for my senior doggie out of the country, and Ashley made it such a smooth and worry-free process. She was very flexible with scheduling pick up/drop off, and she sent picture updates throughout the week. I was nervous about being away from my dog for the first time in the 15 years I've had her, but Ashley's quick responses and communication eased my worries very quickly. Definitely recommend!”

Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
