About: I had my own dog for 10 years before he passed. I occasionally foster for the Whitman county humane society so I have experience taking care of puppies and older dogs, as well as those who need medications. My availability is currently wide open and I would love to spend my time helping other people take care of their furry loved ones! I also have experience with different forms of leashes (i.e. gentle leaders, harnesses, etc.). I understand the importance of repetition for dogs and will do my best to keep to your schedules and the way you do things. Please let me know how I can help you and your pet! :) I am currently in between jobs at the moment so my schedule is wide open for the time being but will keep my calendar updated I live in a smaller apartment so it would be best for only dog at my place at a time. About: I have had animals my whole life and grew up on a farm. I’ve house sat and pet sat for family friends since I was a little girl. I love all animals and giving them the proper support each one needs. I have a job at a coffee shop I only work some weekends at for a few hours. I’m open to work around your pets schedule. I don’t have a fenced yard and would prefer not to bring pets in my own home. I have pets at my own house and would prefer not to mix them.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a pre-teen, but fell in love with animal care fully in my junior year of high school, after I began volunteering at the Everett Animal Shelter. Since then, I have changed positions and worked as a post-surgery volunteer with PAWS, transporting and handling anesthetized animals after they underwent surgeries. This summer I am also interning at PAWS again, this time as a Foster Care Intern, where I manage the entire foster care system behind the scenes. Additionally, I have worked with large animals such as horses while volunteering, managed and milked dairy cattle, and took care of pigs as my job on the side. I will continue to grow my portfolio, as I am a Pre-Vet Animal Science major at Washington State University with the goal of becoming a veterinarian one day. I am currently on summer break in my hometown (Everett) and have pretty open availability. I intern at paws from 8am-12pm on Sundays & Mondays, and 12-5pm on Thursdays, but other than that, I am free for walks, house sitting, or drop ins! Safety is extremely important during both house sitting & walks! For walks, I like to make sure dogs stay on the side of the sidewalk away from the road, as well as being properly harnessed and equipped with essential needs like poop bags and water incase of an emergency. I also keep a sharp eye out for other dogs to steer clear from unwanted interactions. Additionally, during house sitting, outside doors stay locked at all times, and your pet is watched 24/7. No escapes will happen on my watch! I am open to following any other rules, expectations or suggestions you have regarding your pet & house’s safety!

About: I grew up with dogs-German Shepherds, Golden Retriever, and a Newfoundland/St. Bernard mix. I have two cats at home that have been around dogs all their lives. I have been pet sitting for the past three years and enjoy the chance to meet so many great fur babies. I work retail, so my schedule is pretty flexible. About: I have owned pets my entire life including dogs, cats, chickens, and hamsters! At the moment, my family has 2 dogs and a cat that I help care for when I am home from school. About: Back home in New Mexico I would house-sit and pet-sit any times I wasn't working in the animal hospital. I am very comfortable with any breed, size, and age. I am especially happy to take care of pets who may need medications or who are anxious and might need a slower introduction and care. I am currently on summer break from vet school so I have all the time in the world to focus on your pets care! I am extremely flexible with my hours I'm available. One of my dogs is especially anxious around other dogs so I will not be offering care in my home. I am more than happy to stay with your pet in the comfort of their own home as long as they need! I will match wherever your pet is at comfortability wise. If they want all the snuggles, great! If they just want me to sit with/near them, great! Their happiness is my priority!

About: I have two dogs of my own that I have trained and so I have a lot of experience with dogs of all ages and love playing and hanging out with them. I just graduated from college so I am trying to make some extra money this summer before my corporate job starts in August. I am willing to work with anyone to have your dog be the absolute happiest they could possible be. About: Ever since I was a kid family and friends have trusted me to care for and check on their dogs. I love animals so much and I’ve only ever gotten good feedback. I am on my 4th year at WSU, majoring in wildlife ecology and conservation, so I have great basic knowledge and skills to care for animals! My class schedule allows me to take multiple breaks throughout the day on mon, wed, and fri. But my Tuesdays and Thursdays are strictly from 8am-12pm. I will also send my schedule if requested. Firstly I want to make you and your animal the most comfortable as possible so I would like to follow any schedule or routine as strictly as possible. If there isn’t a specific schedule then I will be open to anything you and your pet are comfortable with. I will take them out, play with them, cuddle with them, etc.

About: I have worked professionally with dogs for the past 4 years, and have had experience caring for them personally throughout most of my life. I also occasionally volunteer at the Whitman County Humane Society. If you are considering me for your pet’s care, I can make as many home visits during the day on weekends as you need and am able to stay with your pet overnight any night. About: I've taken care of a variety of animals for as long as I can remember, from exotics, to livestock, to dogs and cats. I currently work at a dog training facility as an administrator, and part of my job still requires experience in the managing and care of dogs of all size and temperament. My position at a dog training facility, allows me to bring my own dog in with me as well as add flexibility into my work schedule seeing as I make the employee schedule week to week. I am a highly active person, and go on walks/hike on a daily basis, and would love to bring your dog along with me. My own personal dog is also sociable with other dogs, meaning he is more than happy to keep your dog company! I am always open to setting up a meet and greet beforehand, too. I have always revolved my life around animals. My work engrains pet care into my mindset, and when I come home it's no different. I am familiar with animal behavior, as well as the basics of training. If you have any special routine you'd like to implement with your dog while you're, away I'd be more than happy to do so. My own dog is crate trained, and therefore is crated when I have to make errands away from home. I do have A/C in my household, so overheating is not a concern. I make it a point to not let dogs go without a potty break for longer than 4-8 hours at a time, max. Anytime dogs are playing together in my home, they will always be supervised :)
