About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 10. I have cared for a blind senior cat as well as a cat with hip problems, which required patience, close monitoring, and adapting the environment to keep them safe and comfortable. I currently help care for my friend’s senior dog, who also has hip and dental issues, so I’m familiar with administering gentle support, maintaining comfort, and being attentive to mobility limitations and pain cues. In addition, I have experience caring for younger animals, including kittens and puppies around 12 weeks old. This has given me practice with high-energy care, feeding routines, supervision, and basic early-life behavior management. About: I have been growing up around dogs my whole life. As a child and into my teen years, I did the Dog project in 4-H for five years and helped lead the group. I have experience handling and training dogs for obedience and show environments, and I am comfortable with all pets! I have been house-sitting in the summers for many different dog-owners, so I am knowledgeable and experienced in providing care for these animals. My parents' dog (aka "my" dog) is a German Shorthaired Pointer and his name is Murphy. I spend a lot of time with him, and I have a special spot in my heart for all animals. I also spent a couple years co-parenting a little calico cat named Stitch with my best friend. I do also have some experience with reptiles, as I currently have one bearded dragon and one Pac-Man frog in my care. I am unable to have a dog or cat of my own at this stage in my life, due to money and living restraints, but I am thankful when I can spend time with others’ animals in this way. When I turned 17, I started volunteering at the Everett Animal Shelter, where I gained more experience by socializing with cats for multiple hours at a time. Tuesday’s I am free to give my undivided attention to any pup or cat! Usually my afternoons consist of homework and taking my own puppy on walks and to the park to play fetch. So taking care of animals and putting my time forward to pets is not second nature, it’s a routine! I make sure I keep my pup on a specific time of eating and walking during the week so she does not get stressed out or worried. I have a large dog crate in my home that can be used. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a large field behind me that me and a pet can go and play in. My house already has one pup who gets along with any type of dog and is very passive. About: My experience with dogs has ranged from personal ownership: (raised with two mixed breeds, and owned a WHIPPET for fourteen years), to boarding dogs, to working at a doggie daycare, and working for a dog walking company. Currently I am a stay at home mom to three kids- so I am home most of the time, including weekends. If I do step out, for errands, appointments, and such, I will absolutely make sure your pet has had enough walks/potty breaks. We have a fenced yard, and a great neighborhood for walking. My family, and I will work consistently to make sure your pooch feels comfortable, and loved. That said, for safety reasons I choose not to share photos of my kids on my profile page- regardless, they are great with dogs! My time is flexible in that I can work around my families schedule to provide boarding for your pet(s). We look forward to meeting you/them! I can provide care for your dog(s), by following the schedule you have set for them. I love walking, and playing fetch with dogs! My kids especially love helping out with fetch. 😊 Pet care works easily with my daily, and weekly schedule, because I am a stay at home mom, and therefore home most of the time. About: I’ve taken care of a good amount of breeds from huskies to chihuahuas. I have loved every single one that it melts my heart every time i see them. I have a dog of my own and she’s a sassy silly lazy girl. I enjoy cuddling with dogs and just having fun with them. Going on walks, playing with toys, watching a movie and going through a roller coaster of emotions, i can do a lot with dogs! i can also ensure that i will provide as much goofy photos of possible if wanted (i will be taking because its funny and brings up the vibes) I work super early so I’m available for majority of the day. About: I have been pet sitting for most of my life as well as caring for my own animals at home. I have worked at, volunteered at, and fostered for dog and cat shelters as well as many other animals, and have volunteered and worked at a veterinary teaching hospital. You will not find someone more passionate or empathetic about animals of any and all shapes and sizes. When people weren’t there for me, my animals were, and I have vowed to be there just the same for them. I am a strong creature of habit, and love a good structured routine to my day. Feeding all of my animals is a heavy part of that, and the best part. I start and finish my days making sure everyone is fed, loved, and happy, and if they are then it is a good day. Being able to take a lunch break to visit more animals is an added bonus that I will look forward to all day. I always make sure to specialize care to the animals themselves, and mimic how their own parents care for them. If an animal needs more frequent visits, longer visits, extra play time, medications, specialized meal plans or supervised meals I will always accommodate to the best of my ability. I will never leave an animal until they are satisfied with my service.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a pre-teen, but fell in love with animal care fully in my junior year of high school, after I began volunteering at the Everett Animal Shelter. Since then, I have changed positions and worked as a post-surgery volunteer with PAWS, transporting and handling anesthetized animals after they underwent surgeries. This summer I am also interning at PAWS again, this time as a Foster Care Intern, where I manage the entire foster care system behind the scenes. Additionally, I have worked with large animals such as horses while volunteering, managed and milked dairy cattle, and took care of pigs as my job on the side. I will continue to grow my portfolio, as I am a Pre-Vet Animal Science major at Washington State University with the goal of becoming a veterinarian one day. I am currently on summer break in my hometown (Everett) and have pretty open availability. I intern at paws from 8am-12pm on Sundays & Mondays, and 12-5pm on Thursdays, but other than that, I am free for walks, house sitting, or drop ins! Safety is extremely important during both house sitting & walks! For walks, I like to make sure dogs stay on the side of the sidewalk away from the road, as well as being properly harnessed and equipped with essential needs like poop bags and water incase of an emergency. I also keep a sharp eye out for other dogs to steer clear from unwanted interactions. Additionally, during house sitting, outside doors stay locked at all times, and your pet is watched 24/7. No escapes will happen on my watch! I am open to following any other rules, expectations or suggestions you have regarding your pet & house’s safety!
About: I grew up with dogs-German Shepherds, Golden Retriever, and a Newfoundland/St. Bernard mix. I have two cats at home that have been around dogs all their lives. About: I have had pets since I was born, and from age 5 I started to help withtheir care. I have always had a deep love for animals. I have had cats, dogs, guinea pigs, mice, rabbits, etc. I may not be a professional, however, I believe I am pretty knowledgeable about cats and dogs, their care, and some training. 3rd year in college, studying mathematics at WSU. I have cared for a blind senior cat as well as a cat with hip problems, which required patience, close monitoring, and adapting the environment to keep them safe and comfortable. I currently help care for my friend’s senior dog, who also has hip and dental issues, so I’m familiar with administering gentle support, maintaining comfort, and being attentive to mobility limitations and pain cues. About: I have been growing up around dogs my whole life. As a child and into my teen years, I did the Dog project in 4-H for five years and helped lead the group. I have experience handling and training dogs for obedience and show environments, and I am comfortable with all pets! I have been house-sitting in the summers for many different dog-owners, so I am knowledgeable and experienced in providing care for these animals. My parents' dog (aka "my" dog) is a German Shorthaired Pointer and his name is Murphy. I spend a lot of time with him, and I have a special spot in my heart for all animals. I also spent a couple years co-parenting a little calico cat named Stitch with my best friend. I do also have some experience with reptiles, as I currently have one bearded dragon and one Pac-Man frog in my care. I am unable to have a dog or cat of my own at this stage in my life, due to money and living restraints, but I am thankful when I can spend time with others’ animals in this way. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend and give them lots of love! I am currently a Graduate Admissions Specialist / DSO at the University of Idaho! This means that I do work full-time (8-5 with a 1-hour lunch break) on campus on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I work full-time from home on Thursdays. I do not work weekends and am usually very available if I have not marked it off on my Rover calendar. If your animal is okay/used to being alone for the work day, or can be alone for 4-5 hours at a time, I am the fit for you during the week.
