About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 10. I have cared for a blind senior cat as well as a cat with hip problems, which required patience, close monitoring, and adapting the environment to keep them safe and comfortable. I currently help care for my friend’s senior dog, who also has hip and dental issues, so I’m familiar with administering gentle support, maintaining comfort, and being attentive to mobility limitations and pain cues. In addition, I have experience caring for younger animals, including kittens and puppies around 12 weeks old. This has given me practice with high-energy care, feeding routines, supervision, and basic early-life behavior management. Overall, I’m comfortable working with both senior pets and young animals, and I adjust my care style based on each pet’s specific health, energy level, and personality needs. Pet care fits into my routine pretty easily because I currently have a part-time job with a very variable schedule. Since my shifts change from week to week, I’m generally flexible and available most days with some notice. This flexibility allows me to adjust around pet care responsibilities like feeding, walks, check-ins, or overnight stays when needed. I’m also used to planning my time in a way that ensures animals are consistently cared for, even on busier days, so I can reliably fit pet care into my weekly schedule. In my home, I would make sure any pet is cared for in a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment. While my apartment doesn’t have a backyard, there is a fenced-in area nearby where dogs can run, play fetch, and get exercise. I also have a car, so if the owner is comfortable with it, I can take the dogs to a dog park for additional enrichment and activity. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions are followed closely. I’m also very mindful of respecting the home itself. I was raised to always leave a place cleaner than I found it, so I make sure everything is kept tidy, organized, and exactly as I found it. Communication is also important to me, so I always update owners and let them know right away if anything seems off or if there are any concerns about their pet’s health, behavior, or well-being.

About: Hi, I’m Brian! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had dogs and cats around the house, and it’s a tradition I’ve proudly continued into adulthood. Sadly, both of my beloved pugs passed away over the last few years. Right now, it's just me and my cat, Vader, so I would absolutely love to welcome a canine (or another feline) presence back into my home! I work at WSU and live a quiet, peaceful life here in Colfax. Because my home is a kid-free environment and I spend a lot of my time here, your pet will get plenty of focused attention, companionship, and love. I understand how hard it is to leave your pets, so I am committed to treating yours like family - providing a safe, comfortable, and fun home away from home. I’d love to chat and see if I’m the perfect fit for your pet! I work at WSU so it's a short commute each day, allowing me to spend more time at home. My weekday evenings are pretty quiet. I sometimes go out on the weekends but would be quite happy staying home if there is pet-sitting to do. I have a large fenced yard. I have a large linoleum dining and kitchen area that can easily be blocked off where messes are easy to clean up. I'm totally fine sharing my bed and furniture with a pet. It's a quiet, kid-free house well suited for even the most nervous dogs.

“She was so great with him. We explained that we’re students and she was so kind and willing to work with our budget which we really appreciated!! She sent us a few updates and said everything went well and Chewy was doing great! Some people may want more frequent updates, but personally we appreciated that she wasn’t sending us a million pictures every day lol. It was the right amount of updates to know he was ok while still enjoying our vacation when we couldn’t be on our phones all that much. Also, she even offered to pick him up and drop him off which made things so much easier for us with all the packing and crazy travel. Definitely recommend her and hope to book with her again the next time we go out of town!”

About: What can I say, people are crazy but animals just make sense 😂 I've grown up with cats since I was an infant, they're truly the prefect animal, can't change my mind! I also have experience with dogs, some reptiles, assorted rodents including guinea pigs, and fish. Outside of that, I'm a fast learner, not afraid of much, and capable of following instructions. I'd love to meet your fur baby! I work full time, so we will just need to talk and figure out schedules. I can usually make it work. I have a reliable car I have a lot of yard space, most of it not fenced unfortunately but I have multiple runners. I have a 3 bedroom apartment in the bottom of a full sized house, so it's spacious and stays cool in the summer. I have a kennel but use it sparingly. My own dogs get taken to one of several parks every morning to run off energy, as well as car rides and walks around the neighborhood. They live their rams horn filled with yogurt or peanut butter and frozen, for their inside time! I try to keep things stimulating As for care in your home, you tell me! I'll adapt to your needs as best I can :)

About: I have seen and taken care of many different pets. I have a lot of energy and will show your pet the attention it deserves. I have been around many cats and dogs and have had birds in the past and currently have a dwarf gerbil. I am a 21 year old student at the University of Idaho. I have had all sorts of pets and really just enjoy the happiness they bring me. I have a part time job and school but am still pretty flexible. I am very detail oriented and like to think I am pretty responsible. I love pets so I would never want anything bad to happen to one of my pets or anyone else's.

I’m an undergraduate student at UI, I have a 1 year old kitten that is basically my son, he is so loved and I want to help YOU take care of your pet for the best and most loving life possible for your pet. Hello! I currently work full time at a child care center. I work from 8:30-5, 5 days a week. Unfortunately I’m unable to do drop in visits or dog walking during those hours but i’m totally willing to do either before or after my shift! Thank you for understanding🩷 I ensure that my kitty is never bored so I have frequent play sessions along with plenty of exercise in the apartment I live in. When I’m dog sitting I try to burn all that extra energy by long walks and enrichment toys or treats. Whatever your pet needs is my mission!

About: My family has lots of dogs ranging from 150 lbs to 7 lbs. I have taken care of them since I was 10 years old. My schedule is very open, I only have class on Tuesday and Thursday. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is open all day for me to watch. I am active so your dog will be walked and taken outside very often. My house is big so lots of room to play around.
