About: I had 2 dogs for 13 years that recently passed away, I love and miss them and am ready to love your dogs like my own. Our previous dogs were nervous during fireworks, did not like to be left alone, we've learned how important it is to be present when caring for dogs. My children and I are home most of the day, my husband works from home so the pets would rarely be alone more than a few hours at a time. Your dog will always have someone available to play with or spend time with during the day. We have a dog door installed that they will always have access to and a large, fenced backyard for running, playing and potty-ing. Our downstairs is tile floors, easy to clean up from any accidents they might have. If they are house trained, they will have access to the upstairs as well and can sleep in our bedrooms. If they are experiencing accidents, we have a hard floor bedroom that one of us humans(lol) will sleep in with the dogs so they do not have to sleep alone.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have a genuine love for animals. I treat every fur baby like my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and spoiled while in my care. I’m a stay-at-home mom, which gives me plenty of time to provide your pets with lots of love, attention, and companionship. I also enjoy staying active with outdoor walks, so your pup can look forward to plenty of fresh air, exercise, and fun with me! We have a fully fenced backyard and three friendly dogs of our own—two Boston Terriers and a teacup Yorkie—so your fur baby can have plenty of company and playtime. If your pup prefers their own space, I’m also happy to keep them separate. Our dogs are indoor dogs, and your pet is welcome to stay comfortably inside with us as well. I provide frequent potty breaks throughout the day, along with outdoor time to play, get some fresh air, or sunbathe if they’d like.

We were a little nervous leaving Dodge with a sitter for the first time, especially because he is still a giant puppy with a LOT of personality and, occasionally, some questionable decisions. But Stephanie completely put all of our worries at ease. From the moment we dropped him off, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and attentive with him. She kept us updated throughout the entire day and sent us SO many adorable pictures, which made being two hours away completely stress-free. Every single update and photo made it so obvious that Dodge was having the absolute time of his life. He got to play with Stephanie’s dog and the other dogs she was watching, and he looked so incredibly happy and comfortable the entire time. She even handled his mischievous puppy moments like a champ — including him apparently deciding that stealing her shorts was a fantastic idea. The fact that she could laugh about his antics while still giving him such a fun, safe, and loving day means so much to us. When we came to pick him up, Dodge actually kept trying to go back into her yard! That alone told us everything we needed to know. He clearly had an amazing time and absolutely loved being there. As first-time Rover users, we were nervous about leaving our boy with someone we didn’t know, but Stephanie made the entire experience so easy and reassuring. We came home with a very happy, very tired puppy and so much peace of mind knowing he had been loved and cared for while we were away.
