About: Definitely most comfortable with dogs as I’ve had them most in my life, but I also adore cats and honestly any other sweet babies you’d need me to watch. I don’t currently have any pets of my own but my sister has two dogs that I consider my foster children and see them multiple times a week as well as sit for them. I also am an amateur photographer, I Just love taking pictures, especially of animals. So you might get some pictures of your cuties as well! I do have a job from 8-4 but it hasn’t been an issue with previous bookings unless you have a pet that needs bathroom breaks every 4 hours or so I have a small one bedroom Casita, but I do have a fenced in little backyard as well. There are also many trails around me that I walk in the north valley
“August had a magic touch with dogs! I only moments he calmed my young dog and had her sitting quietly. August stepped in at a last minute emergency and worked with me when every day we didn’t know what was happening. All my pets were happy and well cared for. Thank you!”

“This is my first experience with Rover and my first experience leaving my cats to someone else’s car here in New Mexico. I am very pleased and happy with Tabitha. My cats took to her when she came for her meet and greet with them. One cat is anxiety-ridden and the other really doesn’t like new people. So this was a pleasant surprise. I and my cats felt very comfortable setting up a schedule for Tabitha to come visit with them. They were very well taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend Tabitha to anyone who especially has cats.”

“Laura has taken such amazing care of my cats. This was my second time booking her and it will surely not be my last!!! I have attachment anxiety with my cats, but she helps me through this by taking multiple amazing quality photos of them every day and writing a long note of what they have been doing every day. It truly helps me to relax knowing they are in such amazing hands. She always goes above and beyond and she left me a card and the cutest little whisker jar 🥺 I adore Laura and she will make sure your fur babies are in the best care when you are away!!! ❤️”

About: I've been around animals my whole life and currently have two dogs and a cat of my own. Caring for pets has taught me responsibility, patience, and how to understand different animal personalities. I love spending time with animals, whether that's walking, playing, feeding, or simply keeping them company. I'll treat your pets with the same care and attention I give my own. I am currently unemployed and only do babysitting routinely on Mondays. This means I am available full-time to help you and your pets! I have very little time restrictions what it comes to pet care. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your pets. I treat every pet like they're my own by following their routine, providing lots of attention and affection, and making sure their needs are met. I enjoy spending time with animals and work to create a calm, comfortable environment where they can feel safe and happy.
“Rachel is just wonderful! We were out of contact for the 2 weeks that she watched our 2 kitties, one of whom was recently very ill. She interacted with our outgoing cat & sent pictures of his bliss, and also just checked on the other who was under the bed each time she arrived. Both cats were happy and healthy when we arrived and the shy cat had even put on weight. The litter area and cat food areas were left spotless, and it was obvious that she takes this job seriously. Rachel is extremely personable and did not hesitate to meet and interact with our outgoing cat. We will always use her as a sitter! Anyone with a hiking cat can't be wrong for a cat sitter!”

“Michael was wonderful with my cat while I was traveling. Very kind, communicative and professional. He even left her an extra little bag of treats. Highly recommend.”

About: I grew up with animals and in an effort to eliminate congenital diseases in some of my favorite breeds, I became a boutique dog breeder. That gave me extensive experience in caring for animals with various needs. I can administer shots, medications, specialized dietary needs and provide the most personalized care. I have a very flexible schedule to accommodate your needs! I am available holidays, weekends and throughout the day! I am here for your peace of mind! I have one very friendly dog (female) that would love to play with yours. I have a safe, enclosed yard and live near a beautiful walking ditch.
“Cerah took such good care of my cat while I was away that I don’t even think he realized I had left! And I wasn’t given the opportunity to miss him either cause Cerah sent good updates and Morris was clearly happy to have her company. :)”

“Candice is kind and responsible. She was flexible enough to last minute book with us and do a meet and greet and we are so thankful! The dogs loved her style and she picked up a package for us from outside and reported back with great detail. I wish she could be our walker every day!”

Alameda N Valley pet parents share their Rover experiences
Catherine was fantastic. My cat Alien loved the attention and daily brushing. Catherine also changed out litter box and vacuumed when it needed it. She also watered my plants. We were gone for almost 3 weeks and I never felt like I had to worry. She also sent photos and videos regularly which I really appreciated. Catherine was very good. I highly recommend her for your house sitting or pet sitting needs,
