About: I grew up with pets in my home since I was a child, it was always a mixture of dogs and cats! I love taking goofy pictures of them! I‘m currently going to school, but I‘m free most of the time! I have summers completely off so just let me know what you need! I have the most experience with bigger dogs and cats, but I love all animals! I can handle pets with a lot of energy as well. I‘m very organized and can handle a lot of instructions, like if your pet needs medicine or special food!

About: While I'm more used to cats, I do also love dogs. Have a dog with separation anxiety? I can keep them company for a while! I will be working part-time Monday-Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm. I will be available to watch your pets from 9:30 am-1:30 pm on those days (despite what options this site gave). On Saturdays and Sundays I'll be available from 3 pm-8 pm. If I am unable to watch a pet at any time, I will let you know ahead of time by at least a few days. I currently own a cat, Higgins, who is a big lovebug and fairly food motivated. I've been in charge of feeding him breakfast and dinner since we rescued him in 2015, along with scooping his litterbox. He's also needed nightly medication for some stomach issues, so I have experience giving him a pill. I can feed your pet, clean up after them whether they have a set schedule or not, and provide medication if necessary.

About: One on one personal care for your fur baby . Plenty of walks and interaction. Clean safe environment. Retired couple with no other pets or children in our home. Retired couple are here full time for that one on one personal care of your pet. We enjoy our walks several times a day and would love to have your pet join us . NO PUPPIES House broken pets will have the run of the house, allowed on furniture and if necessary can sleep in our bed on over night stays.

About: I have had pets my whole life. My first cat grew up with me. My parents got him while I was in Preschool. I have many fond memories of him, and used to help with his care whenever I could. I have house/dog sat for neighbors while I was growing up. I have experience raising a Pitbull, he was an awesome brindle coated sweetheart. He was my roommate's dog but I loved him as I would my own. I also raised a Shiba Inu, she was amazing. So beautiful, and loyal. She was my best friend for 14 wonderful years. Anyone who knows that breed knows that they can be especially challenging, but we got along great. I volunteer at Cascades Humane Society in Jackson. I love going there in my free time to walk dogs, cuddle or play with cats or just try to help with anything I can. Currently my close family (parents and siblings) have six dogs and six cats combined between all of us. I am also the Dogfather to some of them, and they would come to me if anything happened. Right now I have a 13 year old rescue cat named Daisy. She gets special food from the vet, and regular pills. She also gets lots of love and lap time. I also have a Norwegian Buhund puppy. He is super friendly and outgoing. I have walked dogs of all sizes and personalities. From Huskys that want to go, go, go! to lazy little dogs just want to sniff and stroll. With our own fur baby. We have a regimented feeding schedule with our cat. Breaking up her can of food into many smaller meals throughout the day to help her with her conditions. Our dog gets multiple daily walks and lots of attention as he is still just a pup and prone to “tasting” things he shouldn’t. We’re doing lots of redirection. I spent years as a maintenance man for a property management company. I also spent years as an appliance repair man. Respecting people, their homes, and furry friends is nothing new to me. I have been trying to absorb as much information about animal behavior as possible and do my best to communicate with animals in a way they understand. Giving your dog a friendly greeting is very different from how most people greet them. Some need some time and an indirect approach. Walking straight toward a dog head on is instinctually considered quite rude in canine interactions. Cats also have their own language and way of doing things. I try hard to always respect that.

About: I have years of personal experience with numerous breeds of dogs that I have owned. Your fur family member will be in great hands! I also have sat many breeds large and same and have many references. My home is a nice quiet place for senior dogs and dogs with anxiety. I don't have any of my own personal pets and there aren't any small children. I only dog sit for one family at a time so your pet can get his or her own individual care. I also allow pets on furniture and in my bed at night. Each pet gets walked daily along with alot of play time to get rid of all the pent up energy. Lots of love and cuddles also!

About: I will care for your fur babies just like my own. I have 3 dogs of my own. 1 senior beagle, a 4 year old lab/pit mix, and a 5 month old lab puppy. I’ve had dogs my whole life and have cared for them from puppy to senior. I’ve also had 2 cats before as well. No challenge is too big or small for. I would love to watch your fur babies while your away with the piece of mind that they are safe and loved. I do prefer meet and greets prior to any stay with your animals, either at your home or somewhere neutral. If a meet and greet can’t be made, you must be okay with my husband coming with me. I work part time and my schedule is 5 days on and 9 days off. I would need a few days notice about any possible appointment due to my schedule. However it does leave me open for extended stays. Due to having 3 of my own dogs at home I prefer to watch your dog/cat at your home. This ensures I can provide the most care and attention for your animals needs.

About: I pride myself in making sure your pet gets the enrichment they need. As well as creating a comfortable environment for them. They will get all their walkies, and treats! I usually am up by 8am. First things I do is make sure my animals are fed and they can get their days started. Then I clean around to make sure I change toy placements to create more stimulation. I make sure my animals are first in my daily routine. I usually get started with my day after I make sure they are okay. I let my cats wonder through out the house. I avoid leaving the bathrooms open, but they do have bathroom times when humans are in there. For whatever reason they think I am going to fall into the toilet, and or a shower monster is out to get me. I also have some outside time for my cats, with leashes. If any of my dog friends come over, I have a fenced in yard for them to roam around in, as well as living around friendly trails to walk on.

About: I trained my 2 year old Labrador who now is a professional hunting waterfowl dog. I have also grown up in a dog friendly home, and I just love them with my whole heart. I’m a teacher who loves dogs! If you are close to my area, I can gladly walk your dog when I get home for the day. If you are looking for a sitter or Walker over summer break, I’m your girl! I do not have a fenced in back yard, but I do live on a lot of acres. I also have a 2 year old black American Labrador who loves other dogs. My house is pet friendly :)

About: Growing up living with my mom, we always had 4 dogs and now I have 2 dogs! My wife rovers and I help her sometimes but figured I'd start my own account! This is fun and I enjoy it! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was at least 15 and they have been dogs of many different breeds. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and stay with their pets. Pet care fits into my daily schedule by allowing the given time the family needs for me open and to be able to work with that schedule if given one. For the pets in my home, I put him on a leash to go outside, he normally barks but for my grandparents, I will always make the dog go outside when I feel like they need to go or every so hours. Now for client's homes, I will do whatever they normally do for their pets.

About: I’ve taken care of many different animals from many different families. I’ve never had anyone disappointed with my care. I have experience in the basic dogs and cats, but also with small mammals, reptiles, and aquatic animals. I work with each animals individual needs. All while I continue to learn more about all animals as I continue my education at Michigan State University for Zoology. I currently am free all day, everyday. The start of fall 2024 I will be going back to school and will be available in between classes (schedule will vary) and any time after classes. In your home, the animal will already feel safe. It’s their home too and I’m just a guest. So I will work with any of their needs. So it just feels like a normal day for them.

It’s a huge stress relief to have someone so caring taking care of my dogs while I’m away. Not only does he take them for walks, but he makes sure their water is filled and gives them lots of love before he leaves (with treats and ball time). Matthew also messages me with any concerns about my dogs, including checking in to make sure the length of the walk isn’t too much for my older dog. When one of my dogs had a medical need (that had nothing to do with Matthew), he updated me and stayed with my dogs until it was taken care of. About: Hello and welcome to my page! My pet care experience had begun at the early age of 2 when I had my first best fur friend. He was a grey schnauzer and also mine and my grandma's protector. His name was Buster, but I called him "butt-two" and he lived a very happy and exciting life. At the age of 8 I had gotten two of my very first dogs, Sady and Chloe. They were Jack russells and extremely full of energy! With my mother working and my sisters busy with their friends, I took on full responsibility of them and completely loved it. Shortly after, we added a cat - Harley. Harley was a very loving yet independent cat. I loved her as if she was my own child. She has passed and that was a very tough loss for me. Now, I am without a fur friend and looking to care for any cat or dog to fill in that missing spot in my heart. I am pretty flexible with scheduling and will consider any price changes!
