This was an excellent experience though and I prefer it over boarding with the vet. Rodney was great with my 2 1/2 month old puppy. His dogs, especially Murphy, played so well with Leroy. My little guy loves that big golden retriever. My puppy also came back a few lbs heavier and a bit taller, showing he was well cared for the whole time. When I wasn't going to be back in town until a bit later, Rodney was very accommodating about allowing my mum and sister to pick up the puppy for me. Fluff usually has a built-in radar for vets, groomers, and boarding facilities—he’s normally incredibly hesitant to leave the car when we arrive, and when we pick him up after a visit/stay, we typically get the 'stink-eye' and he can't get out the door and into the car soon enough. We didn't have any of those issues at Catherine’s place! He was completely relaxed, which tells us everything we need to know. I feel entirely at ease leaving Fluff with her again and plan to when we leave town again.”

I usually am up by 8am. First things I do is make sure my animals are fed and they can get their days started. Then I clean around to make sure I change toy placements to create more stimulation. I avoid leaving the bathrooms open, but they do have bathroom times when humans are in there. “Matthew is extremely dependable and trustworthy. He regularly walks my two boys for me during the week, and I always come home to them happy and tired after their walks with him. It’s a huge stress relief to have someone so caring taking care of my dogs while I’m away. Not only does he take them for walks, but he makes sure their water is filled and gives them lots of love before he leaves (with treats and ball time). Matthew also messages me with any concerns about my dogs, including checking in to make sure the length of the walk isn’t too much for my older dog. When one of my dogs had a medical need (that had nothing to do with Matthew), he updated me and stayed with my dogs until it was taken care of. About: While I'm more used to cats, I do also love dogs. Have a dog with separation anxiety? I can keep them company for a while! I will be working part-time Monday-Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm during the school year (September-Early June). I will be available to watch your pets from 9:30 am-1:30 pm on those days (despite what options this site gave). If I am unable to watch a pet at any time, I will let you know ahead of time by at least a few days. I owned a cat, Higgins, who was a big lovebug and fairly food motivated. I was in charge of feeding him breakfast and dinner since we rescued him in 2015, along with scooping his litterbox. He also needed nightly medication for some stomach issues, so I have experience giving pills. I do accept a month to two weeks in advance in order to work out a good schedule but I do take last minute bookings but schedule will be iffy only due to last minute. When I’m sitting i would love to do other things while I’m there to help out if needed, trash, recycling, plants need water I got it handled, any small task you can’t get to I will be more than willing to help! I’m currently working a full-time job about 35-40 hours a week. My schedule isn’t set fully yet but I get my schedule a week ahead and normally I’m always able to rearrange my schedule to work out for others I don’t have a fence up yard I’m currently trying to get one. But normally I always go outside and watch the dogs go to the bathroom normally I always put them on a leash so I know they won’t run away. I always feed the dogs morning, noon time and dinner time. I currently live with my grandma, mother, and brother and we don’t have a dog living in the house. I do have spare dog toys, pads and crate from my dog that lives with my dad just incase I have a dog that I dog sit comes over so they have a place to sleep in my room.

“Cody and Byron were absolutely amazing! We had 2 little dogs, a 16 year old yorkie and a 6 year old chihuahua. Our older pup is needy and the figured him out right away. The dogs absolutely loved the outdoor space and we have lots of pictures of them cuddled on the couch with blankets. They stayed for 8 days which I have never left them for that long before. Cody and Byron made them feel at home and made us feel comfortable and confident for the entire time. I would definitely use them again!”

“This was my first experience leaving one of my dogs with a pet sitter. Before we would occasionally board our dogs with the vet. This was an excellent experience though and I prefer it over boarding with the vet. Rodney was great with my 2 1/2 month old puppy. His dogs, especially Murphy, played so well with Leroy. My little guy loves that big golden retriever. My puppy also came back a few lbs heavier and a bit taller, showing he was well cared for the whole time. When I wasn't going to be back in town until a bit later, Rodney was very accommodating about allowing my mum and sister to pick up the puppy for me. Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend him.”

“Our dog, Fluff, had an great stay and was treated just like family while we were away. Fluff usually has a built-in radar for vets, groomers, and boarding facilities—he’s normally incredibly hesitant to leave the car when we arrive, and when we pick him up after a visit/stay, we typically get the 'stink-eye' and he can't get out the door and into the car soon enough. We didn't have any of those issues at Catherine’s place! He was completely relaxed, which tells us everything we need to know. I feel entirely at ease leaving Fluff with her again and plan to when we leave town again.”
“Jayden and his wife Lisa are amazing dog sitters. I left my dog Buddy with them over two weeks while flying outside of the country. They we're very flexible and attentive to all of my requests, and promptly communicated any changes with him while in their care. Buddy and their dog Redford became fast friends and Buddy quite clearly loved spending time with their kids, making a bed out of their trampoline. It was so nice to get updates and see just how much fun they had with him. Buddy says hi and thanks again!”
“This was our dog’s second stay with Ariana and her dog Yogi. I was very impressed with our dog’s care during her first stay and I was equally impressed during her second stay. Our dog is not easygoing, and at one point I worried whether we would ever be able to find a sitter who would make her feel comfortable. Ariana is that sitter. She provides a loving, relaxed, fun environment and is exceptionally good at communicating with owners. She sets a new standard.”
“Rachel was wonderful. She was attentive and caring to my much older dog that recently experienced some trauma in other boarding settings. Rachael helped her to adjust to the transition of staying in a new place and she sent regular photos and reports of her progress. When I picked up my dog, Rachel and her partner provided what felt like honest feedback back regarding some limitations my dog experienced with other animals at their house as well as shared behaviors they observed that I didn’t know my dog did until the two day visit with them. First instance - learned my dog definitely would hunt a cat if given the chance - this is useful intel future bookings. I definitely recommend Rachel to anyone.”
