“Elaine is a fantastic dog walker!! She is always easy to communicate with and reliable. She really really cares about our dog and Bella loves seeing her. Elaine dropped round for a chat before we agreed for her to look after our dog. I especially appreciate the updates, they help us feel at ease. We are going away soon and we have already asked Elaine and her mum to dog sit as I know she will be in safe hands. I would strongly recommend Elaine and family. Thanks, Rose & Matt x”

“Maryam is just brilliant. She's loving, friendly and she attends to details. From our first meet and greet session with her, I could tell she's got a lot of experiences with dogs. She noticed Mochi could be very nervous in new surroundings and she offered to explore new areas with him to build up his confidence. Would definitely recommend her service.”

7. Angyang X.
About: Hello, I'm Angyang Xie! You can also call me Sunny. I am an international student who has recently embarked on an exciting journey in Birmingham, UK. While adjusting to this new chapter in my life, there's one thing I can't help but miss dearly – the companionship of my two cherished cats back in my hometown. These two feline friends have been a part of my life for the past six years, and their absence here has only reinforced my deep love for cats and my desire to care for them. Moreover, I've gained valuable experience by assisting my teacher with dog sitting duties. While I may not be an expert in dog care yet, I'm eager and willing to learn. My passion for animal welfare extends to dogs, and I'm excited about the opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills in this area. Caring for pets isn't just a part-time job for me; it's a genuine commitment that aligns seamlessly with my weekly schedule. Here's how I ensure that pets in my care receive the attention and care they deserve, especially considering my availability: Dedicated Days: I've structured my weekly routine to accommodate pet care on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. These days are exclusively reserved for pet-related responsibilities, ensuring that your furry companions receive consistent care and attention. Daily Exercise: On these dedicated days, I prioritize regular exercise for pets, including essential walks for dogs and engaging play sessions for cats. I understand the importance of physical activity in maintaining their health and happiness. Affection and Companionship: During my available days, I offer plenty of affection, cuddles, and companionship to alleviate any potential separation anxiety your pets may experience while you're away. I consider it a privilege to be their temporary companion and ensure they feel loved. When entrusted with the care of a pet in a pet owner's home, I follow a meticulous approach to ensure their comfort and well-being: Respect for the Home: I treat the pet owner's home with utmost respect, maintaining cleanliness and order. You can trust that your property will be left in the same condition, if not better, than when you left. Tailored Care: Each pet is unique, and I adapt my care to their individual needs and preferences. Whether it's a specific diet, favorite toys, or special routines, I pay close attention to details. Communication: Open and transparent communication with pet owners is a priority. I provide regular updates and photos, giving you peace of mind that your pet is in good hands.

9. Anran L.
“Anran’s patient, understands dogs needs, and she's always making sure her own pup is happy and healthy. It's not just about feeding and walks with her – she really connects with dogs and gives them the attention they need. She's also super reliable and organized, which is a big deal when you're trusting someone with your furry family member. Anran's the type of person who'll stick to a schedule, keep up with any special care instructions, and adapt to different dogs' personalities.”

About: My husband and I both WFH and have grown up with dogs in our families. We have experience caring for both small and large breeds. We live in a pet-friendly apartment in the city centre, which has two lawns and one dog run area. We'll ensure that your dog gets outdoor playtime every two hours, and they'll receive plenty of attention and care while at home. We have a variety of toys at home to keep them entertained and engaged. Our seven-month-old Cockapoo is a friendly and well-socialized dog. He has been playing with dogs of different sizes and breeds since he was puppy and has never shown aggression or barking towards other dogs or people. He switches into play mode outdoors and eagerly engages with other dogs.

About: Pets require more than walks and food. They need cuddles, belly rubs and active games to keep them occupied. I’ve learned this as I grew up around a pet loving family taking care of fishes, birds, cats and doggos. I’m currently between jobs and at home most the time. This gives me ample flexibility to host and entertain our loving guests 🐶 🐱 🦢🐟 I live in a gated complex which is safe and has ample space for leisure walks in and around the area. I’m also close the the city centre in case of any quick needs.

About: Ive taken care of dogs since i was 15, I’ve moved for college and miss taking care of a fluffy friend. As a sitter I understand your dogs body language as well as how to follow up on training and the nearest parks and quiet areas. I understand how important are the special needs or routines your dog has. I am very punctual, so any routine and feeding will be done on the dot I am a masters student and almost done with uni so I have plenty of time during the week to care for these little guys. I’ve done babysitting before, I am really intuitive to understand the possible dangers your fluffy friend could get into. I can keep your dog in a safe place and take care of any inconvenience

We have no dogs at home currently, and live in a 2 bedroom house with lots of space for your little one to run around! We live not far from the reservoir, and various green spaces.
