When we were gone for 3 weeks for Christmas she was here everyday playing with them and sending multiple videos and images outside of Rover to make sure that we knew they were well taken care of and were not lonely over the long time we were gone. She goes above and beyond to make sure our pets are well cared for and it means so much to know we have someone to rely on when we are gone. Sometimes our cats can be shy but they are super friendly with Vanessa and love playing with her. I’ve had a few issues with sitters in the past but Vanessa is very trustworthy and an amazing sitter!
