3. Katie F.
“Jasper was suffering from anxiety after using a dog walker and I decided Doggy daycare would be a better choice. He needed daily activity while I was at work and Katie has given that. Her children love being around dogs and play with Jasper all day. He is tired out by the time I pick him up, perfect because I am too after a long day. I rebound with him over the weekend and all is well. Now when I pickup my car keys he is at the door thinking we are going to Katies every time, hilarious. Katie is great and I will continue using her home to keep my dog safe and stimulated all day. Thanks Katie”
4. Gregg B.
“Greg and his daughter, Angela did a great job with our 6 month old Golden-doodle. She was definitely worn out when we got home so obviously had good exercise.”

7. Wynne S.
“We left our 12 week old puppy, Sage, with Wynne while we went to dinner. She was great, we did a meet and greet and then dropped her off before our reservation. While Sage was a little timid that didn’t deter Wynne. Sage warmed up to her and even gave some licks. We appreciate Wynne taking such great care of our little one. Thanks.”

About: "Hello pet parents! I'm excited to introduce myself as your neighborhood pet sitter! While I may be new to Rover, I'm no stranger to the pet sitting community. I live near Southern Village and Cole Park in south Chapel Hill, and I've spent years pet sitting for local farms, friends, and family. After retiring from Law Enforcement in 2019, I now work part-time as a floral designer, indulging my love for all things beautiful. But my biggest joy comes from caring for fur-babies like yours! Whether it's cuddles, playtime, or a leisurely stroll, I'll ensure your pet feels loved and well-cared for in your absence. I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! Contact me today to schedule a meet-and-greet." "Available 24/7, I welcome last-minute drop-offs. With a flexible schedule, your pet's needs are my priority. Contact me anytime for reliable and loving care." Thank you! I have a large townhome with plenty of space for multiple pets. I can provide walks around the neighborhood or take to dog park for social fun.
12. Shayla L.
“Shayla was fantastic! This is my first experience with Rover and my very first puppy. Puppies are wild and a lot of work but Shayla was not put off by this at all and took great care of Daisy all day and even offered to pick her up! Shayla was prompt, professional and responsive. I will definitely use Shayla again!”

17. Jacob D.
About: Grew up my whole life with dogs and always loved animals. 4 years ago I got my Dog Loki (husky-lab mix) as a puppy and learned first hand how to raise and train a dog. Since having Loki we have added to our family with my wife Holli and her dog Willi. I am very comfortable with animals and taking care of your pets small or large, providing medicine, and helping elderly dogs. Last year I left the Army and decided to head back to school. I am currently a full time graduate student at UNC Chapel Hill. My class schedule runs most mornings but allows me to be home by lunch time and walk your pets. I do not have class Fridays or over the weekend added extra flexibility for those days. We have a fenced in backyard and two dogs to keep your loved ones safe and company. Our dogs are very sweet and love making new friends. We can also keep your dogs separated between floors per your request.
18. Daniel S.
“I highly recommend Daniel as a very loving and responsible caregiver for your pets. He has a huge heart, a great sense of play and is attentive to your pets' needs in a variety of ways. He is prompt, communicative and really loves time with four-legged friends. I'd recommend him for drop-ins, house-sitting, or to care for your pet in his home. He's got a great place with green space and he loves a good walk as much as your critters do. If he's available, don't hesitate. Book with Dan and you'll have go-to pet care for all your upcoming needs.”
19. Liz D.
About: My family had dogs when I was growing up, and in 2008 I worked for a dog walking company in Chicago. I started getting pet sitting jobs through Rover in 2017, so I have a lot of experience caring for pups, (as well as cats & chickens.) My partner-in-time, Jason, also worked as a pet sitter before we met, and so we've joined forces on our dog & cat sitting adventures, so you'll get the added bonus of a second professional sitter caring for your pet(s) & home. We spend a lot of time learning about dog training techniques, and are happy to help train your pet if you're interested. Jason and I are both artists & photographers, so we both enjoy capturing candid moments of the pets we sit for, and would be happy to send photo updates during our stay with your best friend. We've also both studied holistic health for many years, and as a Flower Essence Practitioner, I would love to share what I've learned about the use of Bach Flower Remedies for separation anxiety, fears, behavioral issues, stress or other emotional imbalances your pet may be experiencing. If you're interested, we can create a custom flower essence blend tailored to your pets needs and work with it during our stay with them. Jason and I are both self-employed (we own our own creative agency), so our schedule can be quite flexible. We're available for extended stays at your home, and would be with your pet most of the time, with the exception of running some short errands here and there. We're very vigilant when taking pups for their walks, and generally make sure we keep our distance from other dogs & people so that everyone stays safe. Jason and I will both care for your pet like they're our own, and will be very respectful of your home & privacy. We've had many house-sitting jobs where we've stayed for 2 weeks or more, helping water plants, bring in the mail, etc. References are available upon request. We're also available to board your pup in our cabin in the woods, which has a fenced in yard and plenty of space to run around.
